After being a loyal customer of Toby’s Pest Control for years, I left 11 messages on there recorder and never received a phone call. This was after I received a bill which for the past two years has always been taken straight out of my account. The customer service that I have recently received Will have been looking elsewhere and Toby’s Pest Control will never be back at my house again. Guys, you must do better because this is absolutely horrible.
After days of no phone calls returned from Toby’s as a returning customer, I was looking elsewhere for pest control. I saw Brandon for Toby’s at my neighbors and told him the situation. He went the extra mile to get us taken care of, called their office immediately to make a ticket and sprayed our house within 15 minutes of chatting with him. Brandon redeemed Toby’s for us and we hope to get him as our tech again.
I recently had a situation with BB. Justin came out and did the initial walk thru and information, very informative. I signed the contract and we set the schedule for the first spray/dusting. The 1st rep to come spray didn't seem to be on the same page and even said they don't communicate much in regards to the reps that setup the contract/deal. He didn't dust like I expected him to per Justin's sales pitch. Justin did sort it out and I did get dust the next day. The 2nd rep to come out for my followup, was very informative, Braden had a very nice demeanor and mannerism. My experience overall was good and I will definitely use this company again if ever necessary

Tobys has been treating our house since we purchased in 2021 and doing mosquito sprays throughout the spring summer and fall every year! We absolutely love the friendly service we get!

Dan the bugman brought me here. Love watching his content on YouTube. Very informative
This looks like a family run business. I came across Dan’s “danthebugman”TikTok. If he is going to do videos representing your company with his shirt showing your company name you may want to tell him to watch his judgments on the homeowners. In one video he pans the camera on a room that does look like things have piled up and says “it’s disgusting” in another video he says the customer “has severe mental problems”. In another video he opens up a purse and dumps out the contents. I think it is incredibly reckless. He says in another video (there are 7 in total of the same place) that the family is trying to help. If I were a family member using your business to help another family member I would not like the judgment. Imagine if the homeowner saw the videos. If this is a family run business I’m sure that you pride yourself on helping others. Dan looks young, so he may not be aware on the weight of his words and actions. I think there is incredible growth he needs in that arena. If social media didn’t exist then his words would only fall likely from within. Please understand that if he is going to represent this company and going to do these videos perhaps he shouldn’t say the quiet parts out loud.
We have had nothing but amazing customer service from Toby's pest control. They are friendly, helpful, and they do a great job!I highly recommend them!

From the first call on the phone to the final treatment, I have always been very impressed with Toby's service. They are punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I have also been very pleased with the results!
We can always count on Toby’s! Quick, professional, courteous service! They do our routine spraying for common pests inside and out as well, we have always been very pleased with the results. We called about getting an additional spray for mosquitoes and they were able to schedule us, next day! Mosquitos were gone almost immediately! We truly appreciate this business.

The technician was nice and informative. But when we called them and told them that our problem still wasn't fixed and it hasn't even been a month they told us to pay another $180 or sign up for a monthly plan so not sure they really stand behind their work* edit * no it's the right company and you offered to come back out for additional $80 it hasn't even been a month I still have ants. After a few months even a month and a half ok but they never left

Very informative about the service needed and not needed. I was out of town working and they make sure I was taking care of with next day service. Definitely will use them in the future.

We make it our top priority that every email and phone call is answered/called back/responded to. Could you specify when you called or sent email? Our email is tobyspest@gmail.com and our office hours where we can be reached by phone are M-F 7:30-4:30 at 270-781-4175. If we receive contact either of these ways, we are always happy to help and ready to get you taken care of in a prompt manner.
I have used them for years and during my recent home treatment from them the new prices was not discussed with me. I use to pay $80 for just an outside treatment. Outside and under the house is now $140.???The new price was not explained from the gentleman or from employee's on the phone. If you are gonna raise the prices for ahalf the service, you need to make sure that's clear before the service is scheduled and then done. I've been a loyal customer for many years but you will no longer have me as one.

After bad infestation with Carpenter Bees I called asking for rates etc. I was told the initial treatment would be $150 if a 2nd treatment was needed it would be $75. I was given an appointment several days later. The guy showed up on time. He seemed knowledgeable but advised the 1st treatment might make them worse initially but then they would be Eradicated. However this is not the case they got worse and then they got WORSE. We called back and the 2nd treatment didn’t work and we charged the full cost again. $300 down the toilet for no results. When discussing this with the owners I was informed I should have called back within 10-14 days for the treatment to work and would have only been $95 for the 2nd treatment. Having never been informed of this information I find this all Very Disappointing & Annoyed that I wasted $300 for no results. I do not recommend this company.

Came out multiple times charged multiple times and still had bugs terminex came out multiple times to and charged multiple times but we never saw another bug for years after the last visit.
