Called last week for a rodent and termite inspection. Home is only 2.5 years old and I don't see any evidence of pests, but I am interested in purchasing a termite bond. The only problem is, they never showed for the appointment (4 hour window) and never called to cancel or reschedule. Search these reviews -- it is a definite trend with this office. I'm surprised Terminix corporate hasn't engaged to help this local office with their management struggles and inability to follow through on commit

If I could give zero stars I would!! I had the worst experience I have ever had with any company. They were not only unable to preform the service I paid for, they had scheduled times to come to my house and NEVER SHOWED UP. They placed traps with no bait and then seemed confused why they didn’t catch any mice. I was told it was going to be a 3 week service with yearly maintenance, however 7 weeks later and they had only been to my house 2 times out of 4 they were scheduled for. I don’t know wh

I am absolutely astounded at the lack of communication and ability to actually show up that this office demonstrates. I had to have an inspection done for a refinance in 2021. The person I spoke with then was very professional and was on time for the inspection. The technician that did the inspection found termites, communicated the cost and upkeep to treat them, and proceeded to take care of it in a timely manner. The issues that caused me to lose all faith in this company arose in October 2022
