I called to get an estimate on 2 commercial properties and talked to Courtney. She took down my name and address and said they would call me back within 24-48 hours. It's been 5 days and no call, I called back and talked to Nadia this time. Same thing happened she took down my information and said they would call me back. I'm perplexed at this business model. It’s been well over a month since this company had someone come out and set mouse traps. Two separate employees told me they would be back out in 1 week to check the traps. Super disappointed in this company. Robyn who took my call also gave me attitude when I asked for an explanation as to why I was completely forgotten about. She got extremely snappy and rude. I did not get an apology or anything. Very unprofessional. Also still no appointment set for them to come check the traps they installe
