Not told the truth by the salesperson. Also, wasn't told if I cancel I will be charged $300. Very expensive service, paid monthly but they only come 4 times a year. I will not renew the contract.

We signed up for the quarterly Fox home pest control package via a home visit by a Fox sales rep....Sales Rep Duncan was very personable, he explained our program very well. Subsequently and as promised, Fox service man Camden arrived on time the next day for our initial evaluation and pest protection applications. Camden was very personable, well outfitted and equipped, his evaluation and pesticide applications were very thorough.....we look forward to a very satisfying Fox Pest Control service relationship.

We had a great experience with the,Fox Associates that visited us . They were polite and helpful. They put in a black box for mice control when they heard we have had a few mice lately. I appreciated it when they told us they were finished.

Once again, I was thoroughly pleased with the professional, thorough and friendly service that Fox Pest Control techs provide every time they come out to my house. Today, it was Camden who arrived right on time and ready to get started. Because I was a little concerned about treating the areas inside where my dogs sleep, I really appreciated that Camden took the time to explain more about the safety of their pet-safe spray treatments. I highly recommend Fox Pest Contol for their reliability, qualified and well trained staff along with the thorough and effective treatments they provide.

In April I signed up with Fox pest after moving into a place with pest issues. That was stressful enough at hand but also getting terrible service in every way and an unexperienced technician, only increased the stress and pest issue. Also, after almost 4 months with Fox and dealing with all the poor customer service and shananagans, I decided that enough was enough. I was going to switch to another company. That very day, Camden called as I was headed home from work and was ready to dedicate the rest of his day to making sure I was satisfied with the service. Camden was extremely pleasant and very helpful in every way. He listened to my issues and concerns and performed effective duties to help take care of the problem. Really if I would not have had the experience today with Camden I would have already made the call to drop services with Fox. He certainly deserves to be recognized! Shout out to Eric as well! Let's hope I continue to receive the same service I received today 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Paid for preventative pest control for a year. It didn't seem to help with insects. We have tried to cancel twice but it seems nearly impossible.
