The service tech was so knowledgeable and explained the services they offered. He did a great job clearing webs, getting 3 wasp nests down and spraying the yard, garage and inside the house. I would recommend them to everyone in the area.

We've been using EkoTek for a little over 2 years now and have had nothing but great experiences. Serge is always super nice, easy to talk to, and does a great job. Serge has been awesome to work with. He’s always friendly, responsive, and takes the time to explain what’s going on instead of just spraying and leaving. I don’t know much about pests, but he does a great job explaining what we’re dealing with, what to expect, and what he’s doing to fix it. I always leave our conversations feeling like I actually understand the situation instead of just hoping it’s taken care of. He’s also been incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants to do the job right. Excellent service. Discovered some sugar ants in the morning and EkoTech made the effort to get here before the day's end. Serge was again over and above in his work. If 10 is the top number I give him an 11. I have rarely, if ever, received service like this since moving here 30+ years ago.

We have used EcoTek for several years. We first made the call after experiencing increasing poorer—and eventually downright scammy and insulting—service from a local pest control company that was bought out by a national chain. EcoTek has been nothing short of outstanding since the very beginning. Not only have they since brought our primary pest issue under control, we have relied on them for one-off exclusion work and isolated secondary pest issues. The EcoTek technician has always been exceedingly professional, polite, thorough, communicative and prompt. This is the level to which all other pest control companies (and many others besides) should aspire in every regard.
