I had an inspector come over for a free attic inspection and he recommended a rodent exclusion for $1500. At the time I asked if the guys were going to be able to Go through my attic since it’s really tight up there and he said yes. When the guys showed up for service only my living room and my dining room were serviced the rest of the house which includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen could not get service because of tight it is up there and I was still charged full price. I wanted to love Alta. Their technicians are amazing when they come to my home. They are prompt. They do the services I paid for, they take care to avoid my chickens and pets. But. A few weeks ago they came by and offered a free attic inspection. Now, I know nothing is free, they wanted to sell a product. If I could give zero stars I would. Said they are charging me $300 to END SERVICES. There services are almost double the cost of competitors and products are subpar- issues were not fixed (continued to see pests), when they were informed of this they stated they would come by more frequently and then did not show up again. They state they will come out more often if needed but they do not. So left with the option to pay 160 (discount rate 😂) every 3 months for a year or pay 300 to end services.
