Bensway

I would give negative stars if I could. Affordable was absolutely amazing as pest control. We used them for YEARS and never had ANY bugs/spiders/anything in my house. Then they switched owners to Bensway (we had already prepaid for the year not expecting the company to be changed/ not expecting a horrible new company) and it went downhill after that. We called because I started to see spiders in my house, and they came out and only sprayed the outside. Unfortunately I wasn't home when they came and had my mother there, so she didn't know to tell them, but they said if we needed to have them come back and do the inside to call again.... that's why we called in the FIRST place and told them that on the phone. Affordable always did inside and out, no questions. Since they have come out and done the outside I have seen several more spiders in my house. Calling AGAIN but I just want my money back.

Bensway has always done great work for us. We've been using them for the last 3 years to care for our lawn and have no complaints whatsoever.

Super disappointed that these guys bought out Affordable Pest. When it was AP, customer service was great. Now that it's Bensway, I played phone tag with the office for weeks trying to set up service. Finally got service set up, had issues with the first treatment, and played phone tag with the office again to discuss. Finally got on the phone with the office again after many calls, and office staff was rude and condescending. Cancelled my contract with them and not looking back. Techs who came to the house were super friendly, but Bensway is being seriously let down by their office staff. AVOID!

We worked with Afforable Pest Control previously -- they were a great company to work with, and we were very happy for 2+ years. Unfortunately they were acquired by Bensway (with no communication), and everything has been awful since then. The office staff is completely unprofessional, and unable to handle even basic tasks. The folks who eventually came out to spray were nice, but weren't given proper information by their office, so weren't prepared. Absolute disaster for something that should be so simple. We're canceling our service today and will be looking for another company.

I've used Affordable weed and pest for years and the service was fabulous. When bensway took over it was a huge negative change. I feel like I have to call for service and I'm pretty sure they are a month behind. I'm also not super pleased with weed control. Its early in the season so I guess I will see. I probably wont use their service next year. Such a pain to find another lawn service. I just dont trust them.

Called them, left a message, they never returned my phone call.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. Horrible Customer service. We called for service in January we didn't get them out to our house until late march. Meanwhile they hounded me for payment of a package they sold me that promised 7 visits the entire time without having the ability of scheduling our service call. I finally paid them the package fee when they set a date to come to the house. During the visit the Tech they sent us couldn't answer any of our questions or concerns. I called the front desk lady, who, once I revealed that I was unhappy with their service and wanted a refund for the remainder of our package became very defensive and hung up on me. She then refused to return my calls and pickup the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have horrible customer service and should be reported to the better business bureau. They are now holding my credit hostage and refuse to refund me the remainder of what we have not used with them.

This is a company that really cares about their customers

Got a very very rude call from a sales person, I told them I was with someone else and they started bad mouthing them, very unprofessional.

Product is awful, no call back from company, weeds and spiders... never again!

Great service! Did an awesome job on my trees and great attention to detail. Highly recommend.

They are the real deal. Affordable and very easy to work with. They have simple packages to choose from and my yard has never looked better.

Started out well enough a few years ago, but they have added and billed me for services I don't need and didn't ask for. LOTS of services I didn't ask for at a very high price. They roll over their service from year to year which seems like a good idea except for the sneaky way they ramp up services and "bundles" until the cost becomes completely unacceptable. I'm embarrassed that I allowed myself to be conned by this outfit. They are unscrupulous and the office staff seems confused.
