2/28/26 Marco came out today and restocked our rat traps. (We have chickens)need I say more? Always very polite. Thanks Marco and I think Steve, whome I spoke with when I had concerns . 1/6/26 Thanks Marco , great job! Sprayed for spiders and rebated the rat traps , very professional and nice kid. 2025 Marco came today sprayed for spiders and baited rat traps, (we've got chickens) so that needed attention for sure., think the bait traps got missed last time, he sprayed at no extra charge. Thank you for attention to details..appreciate all Jaeden came and treated the outside of our home, he was very professional.. Spiders are starting to come out, so nice I dont have to worry about running into them.. I do miss having Jaeden, spraying,maybe he'll come back.

Love this company. Found a few spiders in my home a month after they sprayed and they came back no charge and sprayed again. Other than the one time my home home has been bug free for years.

Very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Was able to help me pin point where the rodents were coming from, and laid traps & bait. Will come back in two weeks to check bait and traps as well.

Would literally give zero stars if I could. I’ve been a paying customer for 2 years, and instead of protecting my home, this company lied to me, endangered my family’s health, and left me with $7,000 in damage. In July, their technician said there was “no evidence” of rodents in my attic. That was a blatant lie. Another company showed me the truth: massive piles of droppings, multiple nests, urine-soaked insulation, and mold. On 8/26/25, they scheduled an appointment between 11 am–1 pm. No one showed, no one called. When I called, I was told they “don’t give ETAs.” The technician never came. Meanwhile, rats got into my kitchen. My children have been breathing contaminated air for months. Their repeated health issues suddenly make a lot more sense now. Because of their failure, I now have to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket to rip out and replace insulation, clean up mold, and eradicate nests — something that should have been caught long ago. This company took my money for years, never fixed the problem, never warned me about entry points, and clearly never cared. They strung me along while my house became infested. If you value your home, your money, or your family’s health — do not ever trust this company. They are incompetent, dishonest, and dangerous.

Still getting a lot of ants. Have called and set up a appointment but tech showed up on the Thursday I said I wasn’t available, instead of the Saturday we talk about. Have called three different times and left a voicemail with no call back.

Avoid Plateau Pest Control at All Costs This company is a scam disguised as a service provider. I called to cancel over a year ago, and a few months later, they showed up unannounced and tried to bill me again. I made it clear, again, that I didn’t want their services. Fast forward to today, a full year later, and they are still trying to reactivate the service and bill me without my consent. There was zero communication in between. This isn’t just incompetence. It’s a predatory business practice. Even when they were showing up, their work was half-baked at best. They barely did anything during visits, and they completely ignored the indoor traps they set. It’s clear they count on people forgetting they exist while they quietly keep billing. If you’re dealing with pests, look elsewhere. I’ve posted reviews of a reliable and trustworthy pest control expert. Do yourself a favor and start there. Don’t fall for Plateau’s shady operation.

Requested service to remove squirrels from the attic of our house. Quoted $500 which included an up charge for squirrels instead of normal rodents, only redeeming part of this is the quote was the final price. For $500, I received: -An 20 min initial visit from a technician that involved setting the $5 black clamp traps that can be found on Amazon with peanut butter bait, all within a 2 ft radius of the entry hatch for an entire attic -A follow up as the technician didn't have enough traps initially -Another follow up where a 18"x12" wire mesh was installed that covered roughly half of the hole What I didn't receive was: -Traps set in any useful location, all 6 traps were set within arms reach of the hatch of the attic because it is not their policy to go into the attic....to eradicate rodents in the whole attic. -Any inspection of the attic for additional entry points, nests, rodent carcasses, damage, etc. because it is against their policy to go in the attic -Traps that would exclude the squirrels from the attic such as one way door traps or any other techniques other than the cheap clamp traps -Traps outside to get them while on the roof going to the entry location as this was not their policy either -A sufficient exclusion treatment of the 1 entry point, I had to redo it myself to fully close the hole -A technician equipped with a ladder to access the roof -Any follow up to my email detailing the issues before leaving a review All of this resulted in exactly 0 squirrels caught on my property. Will never choose them again. Kudos to the technician on his attitude and timeliness. But he was not experienced nor equipped with techniques, equipment, or policies to do the job.

Absolutely ridiculous! The whole experience was a joke, from the office staff to the tech. DO NOT USE THEM!

Terrible. I was promised that my main problem would be solve only to be told your representative did not have a tall enough ladder he declined the work after we were told no problem

I have signed up for a year and the company's first service did the right thing. Starting this summer none of the products were working so I wouldn't recommend and the company is not responding to my request for pest control appointments

Really bad customer service

Had an appointment for him to come out to our house to inspect our attic and chimney 1st appoint no show no call, never returned my call. Not a good first impression, calling Simone else tomorrow. Frustrating

Sokhara is a very likable person and does good work when he shows up, but he seldom comes when he's scheduled and doesn't call. 4 of the last 5 months he hasn't come when scheduled and doesn't respond to phone calls or texts. Lately. I've gotten e-mails for three consecutive weeks saying he would be here on a certain day and he's never showed up. My opinion is that he is a nice guy who is very unreliable and can't be depended upon to do what he says. That is a formula for failure and I hate to see it, but I cannot recommend him for doing pest control.
