We agreed to a one-time work for addressing a combination of different wasps that had started nesting around my parent’s house. It was backed by a warranty of 30 days which is great! Rep showed up within the time window and called as expected. Delivered excellent service. There were a few nests he couldn’t reach at the time, and he said he’d be returning again next week to address the remaining nests. I’ll update this review following next week’s appointment, but so far very pleased!

Antonio was the agent who came to our home. He was very thorough. Grateful that he found no evidence of rodents in our home. He sprayed a substance around the house and sheds to prevent them from taking up residence. While doing so he actually killed one by the shed. The green belt behind us is being cleared for new homes, so the wildlife living there is looking for new residence...but not in my yard. Thank you Antonio!

Just had an excellent first-time experience with Orkin. (Kent office) Just acquired a small, rural farm. As much as I love critters and such, the hornets and wasps were a bit much. Trina with Orkin was amazing! She inspected the whole property and offered critical insight on issues that were contributing to the problem in the first place and then promptly offered my first treatment. I’m fully on board to utilize them for regular, ongoing service. Great monthly rate. Trina’s customer service and focused attention was most excellent and I’m so grateful.

I have annual pet service, Richard show up at my address. for 4 months in the winter time no service by schedule. Have a little problems with ant, Richard got into where problems. he spraying and continue treatment around out side to make sure no pet get into the house. with the service and attitude that the way their company earn trust from customer.

We started noticing sugar ants first in our kitchen, then various other parts of the house including a bedroom. We tried setting out Terra bait ourselves with some success, but then started noticing the ants in different areas of the home. I called Orkin on Saturday evening and they were able to get a technician out first thing on Monday. Adam came out and explained everything clearly and did such a thorough spray of the home. He was efficient, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about the issue. I'm looking forward to having the ants gone and I'm feeling such a relief to have a company that knows what they're doing with a money back guarantee help us.

Not sure the service was thoroughly provided. An inexpeience little person provided the service. He seemed to have trouble walking. May have had an injury or something.

I’ve had Orkin for a year now and have been extremely impressed. They were able to get rid of all the spiders on the outside of my house and keep the ants under control since the first week of the initial application. Kevin has been extremely responsive and is very knowledgeable in all things creepy crawly. He has honestly became a welcomed face in our household and feels more like a family member than someone who just shows up sprays and leaves.
