AAA Pest Control always does a great job for us in our family rental houses. We have been using them for many years and we appreciate their careful attention to many issues they are faced with. We are grateful for their diligence and care!

They do have good service on it.

On time, professional, quality work; so-far, so-good. Referred to AAA by a neighbor, would use them again without hesitation. Seemed like a family run company where you talk with real people when you call with questions or request assistance.

I had ants, lots of them on my kitchen counter! Those tiny black ones. I called AAA Pest Control and an agent came in 2 days to spray the perimeter of the house as well as inject an ant killer in multiple locations inside the house. He did indicate it may take more than one application, as ants seemed to be prolific this year (2025). First visit was 10-09-25, second was 11-07-25. Today is 11-10-25 and I have only seen 1 ant in the past 3 days. Agent was knowledgeable about ant colonies and activity. Was pretty confident that this 2nd treatment would do the trick. Agent was open to all my questions and explained all he was doing. I appreciated his information and the quick response.

Customer service rep was very helpful, responsive, and cordial! They were very accommodating with fitting us in for the service. The technician was punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough. Overall, AAA Pest Control was very professional!

I am not an expert but the inspector who visited seemed very competent. He also had suggestions as to what to look for and when to call next.

Infest of hornets on patio. AAA quick to respond, took immediate action. Explained what to expect. Hornets gone and the Tech looked for any other signs of possible nests. Would call them quickly again.

Professional, on time and no pressure. They have also done great work for my mom(98 years old). I definitely recommend them.

Didn't catch a single pest. Didn't seem surprised about it either. So instead of paying them for a second try I hired someone else.

Received a call from technician while he was at my home and explained exactly where ant infestation was in two locations. I did not receive a return call or update. When I returned home ants were prolific and in same locations that I gave the technician. A few days later a received a bill for $150 which noted that technician could not find the ants. I wanted the problem resolved...not a service call with no results. Extremely disappointed and I still have an ant problem.

This was my first time hiring a pest control company due to an issue with rats on an adjacent property. They set multiple traps both inside and outside of the property. The technician was great and communicative. If you have rats it’s better to set out your own traps and seal any openings rather than spend $500

Absolutely worse customer service I've ever had tried to call and explain technician wasn't wearing their protective gear when they came out. Was told that it was none of my business that the person I've been working for 20 years and that they didn't care and then when I tried to explain to them they were late for the appointment unprofessional and that I wasn't happy with the service. I was then just hung up on because apparently that's how you deal with customers

The worker has an excuse why the bugs and pests are not being eliminated. I need particular help getting rid of the bugs because I have a special needs kiddo. She needs bug and rodent clear place to play. There’s always always some reason he can’t get it under control. And he comes at his leisure not respecting my schedule or if I am home! They charge even when I tell them I’m not home and still charge me. I should change companies but I haven’t had the time or energy due to health to do so yet. In all the time I have used this service I think we were not finding bugs once for a couple months.

We spent almost $500 for the rodents package and all they do is setting up traps which we could of done it ourselves. Falsely advertising and didn't solve any problems. Never come back again.

Called them several time, left msgs, didnt return my calls, maybe their business is closed. ?????

I enjoyed talking to the person that explained the treatments that were available, but when I called a couple of days later to reschedule no one returned my call.
