My inspector was Scott and he was the most thorough of all of the companies I received bids from! I highly recommend them if you're crawlspace has rodent activity and needs cleaned out and sealed up again.

A year ago: This was a very expensive project, but I was excited for the results! The work doesn’t actually receive a guarantee. When I asked about that, I was told I was “getting down in the weeds.” 3 months later and I haven’t fully resolved my rodent problem. If you hire this company, keep an eye on the process. I am still suspicious about what objects got left under my vapor barrier. Adding a photo of mouse dropping right on top of my fresh pretty pink insulation Edit August 2026: still fighting rodents. I will spare you the photos of the poop all over my basement and the rat that currently sits in a trap down there. After my first review, I did have 3 follow up visits where, each time I was given the report of new spots that were identified and rodent proofed. I’ve really been trying to manage this myself because I was so dissatisfied with the work of this company, but I’m desperate for resolution. I called the company again this week. The hold music talks about the dedication and 10 year warranty, but the office isn’t sure whether I have a warranty at all? My past follow ups may have been “courtesy” follow ups? I was promised a return call to confirm whether I do or don’t have a warranty that never came. I can’t believe the price I paid vs the results. I have so many photos I didn’t post here. But I will show the level I’m stooping to in order to fix this on my own. I bought 150 feet of hardware cloth and some of these metal things that are meant to close under fence gaps. I’m wrapping my foundation on the outside of my home and using these hair pin clips to avoid drilling into my siding. Why, Mr. Owner do some people get a warranty and others don’t? Why wasn’t I told this? Why doesn’t your hold music say not everyone gets a warranty? The new manager reached out to me right away and scheduled time to come take a look at my home. Steve was very professional and genuine when I met with him. Work is scheduled to fix deficiencies. I am so relieved at the prospect of being rodent free! Will update to 5 stars once the work is complete. Bringing Steve to this company was a great decision!

Dan Howard (PM) inspected my crawl space very thoroughly after I discovered some mouse droppings. He checked for nests and mold, and while he found both, he determined it was confined to a 100 sq ft area, so I only needed to replace insulation in that section and spot treat the mold (not replace/treat everything, which what another company wanted to do). This reduced my overall cost significantly. I appreciated the detailed inspection and customization of the project scope to my situation! Work was completed within a week. The crew showed up on-time, put up plastic to protect the hallway and garage, and finished mid-afternoon. Pictures were provided to confirm the work. Looks like new, and vent gratings should prevent future rodent visitors. Thanks!

We had Dan H. come out to inspect our crawl space as well as the attic. We found out there was an issue in the attic with air flow...basicly not enough, which resulted in poor conditions. Dan took his time, took alot of pictures and explained the many options we have to remedy the situation(s). He outlined and thoroughly explained the details. On top of that, Dan offered discounts others couldn't offer. They are able to fit us in and start in just a few days. At this point in time, my husband and I are glad we called Attic Projects. I had an appointment with another company on a Saturday for an urgent issue and they cancelled at the last minute. I was able to get an 8 am appointment for the following Monday. Dan was great. Thoroughly inspected our home and laid out the problem and possible solutions. We got an expedited appointment to get the problem resolved asap and Dan provided references for the next steps in the problem.He provided great customer service. Was dependable and knowledgeable.

Having issues with animals and insulation. Heath and Mike came out and did an inspection. Extremely thorough, professional, and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions. Eric was a lifesaver. We were contingent on our home with some requests from the buyers - we were already out quite a bit from prepping to sell and Eric helped us get exactly what we needed to complete the sale in as affordable a manner as possible. He really tailored the services to our specific needs and the team did an incredible job!

Do not finance through this company. They offer 12 months no payments, but it hits your credit score as a loan until paid off. Aqua Finance is a terrible company!

If you need any work, done to your attic or crawlspace, this is definitely the place you need to go. They are very thorough. They tell you exactly what is the problem and how they are going to fix it I recommend them highly.

Dan was respectful, patient, thorough, professional but still personable. He spent an ample amount of time in both the attic and crawlspace and brought back pictures if all issues. We then sat down as he explained the issues and decided on a course of action that was appropriate for my circumstance. As he moved from space to space he cleaned up any debris and communicated as he maneuvered around interior and exterior. Very thoughtful and thorough. I appreciate his attention to detail, while respecting my needs.
