Was a Customer for over 13 years - I made error in recent May 2025 payment of 10 cents short - yes 10 cents. They sent my account to a collections agency. No notification until I received email from agency. I reported business to BBB for poor business practices & also filed complaint against collections agency with State of WA and Federal Agency based on required notification steps. No apology from United Pest - I even referred them to next door neighbor and will encourage them to cancel service. Avoid this business.
Nick, our technician was really nice, professional, really educated us. I would recommend United Pest Inspection.
The visit went as expected well.
