Was a Customer for over 13 years - I made error in recent May 2025 payment of 10 cents short - yes 10 cents. They sent my account to a collections agency. No notification until I received email from agency. I reported business to BBB for poor business practices & also filed complaint against collections agency with State of WA and Federal Agency based on required notification steps. No apology from United Pest - I even referred them to next door neighbor and will encourage them to cancel service. Avoid this business.

Due to the fact that notices are sent to all of the customers scheduled on any given day for multiple technicians, we are unable to include the time for everyone.
