The technician, Chris, was amazing. Very knowledgeable and respectful. The company itself said they would charge me the $414.15 on the day of service, then they charged the day of I got off the phone—a week early before I had even seen a technician. I called to make sure this was a real business and not a scam. I was assured it’s a real business. And was happy when the technician came out. He did a great job. Then I was charged again, without receiving a receipt or notification, another $414.

I used them for several years, but they are bigger now, and the service has degraded. Maybe they were bought up by a larger corporation? I don't know, and it doesn't really matter.
