If you really want to know the quality of what they offer, here is a review from over a year of using Bamboo: All the 5 star reviews here are completed right after people sign up. They’re very good at customer service on the front end (of course) so you’ll sign up for their service on a contract that you’re locked into for a year. Then they tell you they’re having a contest to see who can get the most reviews and ask you to fill it out right after you sign up, before you even have a servicing. And later when you need extra assistance, they take forever to respond. After 6 months of service we continued to have rats and mice in our yard, and spiders in our home. We had several “extra services” to try to mitigate the activity, especially in our home, and it never got better. Once we had a mouse in our house, it took them 3 days to send someone to us - and the only thing they provided was sticky pads which I could have bought on my own for much cheaper than the monthly cost of service. Also on your service day they won’t even give you a time frame of when to expect the technician - there were days I waited at home till 4 or 5pm to let them into my house only for the “servicing” only to last 10 mins. The biggest headache was when I tried to cancel our service. We waited the full year as we were contractually obligated to do. I called three times to try to cancel and a specific employee had to call me back, no one else could do it for me. Then when I finally got the call, he tried to convince me that I hadn’t met the year requirement yet - I pulled up my contract and emailed it to him and he played dumb “Oh your right! I got the year wrong, my mistake.” Sleezy, sketchy, trying to manipulate people into thinking they can’t cancel - and the services do nothing. It’s been almost a year since we canceled our contract and we see no difference in the spiders, ants, and rodents in and around our home. Don’t do it. Don’t sign up with them - just go buy spray and traps at Home Depot and do it yourself.

I reviewed your account and see that you had requested cancellation of the service, however, when we followed up with your husband to assist with the cancellation he had accepted to continue the services afer being offered a discounted price. You had reached out the following day and advised us to proceed with cancellation and your account was closed. I apologize for the misunderstanding regarding your service agreement and the cancellation fee. I see that this was cleared up and a cancellation fee was not charged. I'm truly sorry for this error. Unfortunately we do sometimes make mistakes but we do our best to learn from them and prevent them from happening again. I also understand you've advised that it has been a year since you cancelled services and you have no seen a difference in pest activity. The products we use are effective for 3 months so when services are cancelled, the products do eventually breakdown and are no longer effective. While the account is active and services are being provided, we are always happy to provide free additional retreatments per our service warranty until pest activity has been resolved. Depending on the area and several other variables, some pests may require additional treatments to get under control and we are always happy to provide those. Again, I'm so sorry you were dissatisfied. Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities and we aim to provide the best service possible. As stated before, I have confirmed your account was closed following your request to cancel. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to help you in the future as we'd love an opportunity to make things right and to show that we are committed to customer satisfaction. Thank you!
Not Happy!! the Tech texted me that he was coming for service, I told him we were out of town and to make sure to close any gates that he goes through! I have two Yorkies that have a doggie door they can go out into the back yard. We get home and find the gate open! Thankfully the dogs were in the house and safe! this was a careless act by your technician that unfortunately I can not tolerate! At this point I will decide if i continue my service or not!!

Shady service , they lie to you for you to let them spray , Days after they sprayed I got diagnosed with rosacea , so if it’s not even save for humans I highly doubt it’s safe for your cats or dogs .

I'm sure that is very difficult to have to deal with. I can assure you that the products we use are family, child and pet friendly, however, in very rare cases people or pets can have sensitivities/allergies to products just like they can with anything else such as peanuts, pollen, shelfish, latex, dairy products, etc. In the years we have been providing pest control services we have not received any feedback of anyone being diagnosed with rosacea due to the products we use and we only use products that we have thoroughly researched and confirmed are regulated, approved and registered with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and/or Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Of course, anything is possible when it comes to an individual's personal sensitivities and allergies. As there is a large list of triggers for rosacea, we recommend following up with a medical provider to identify any potential triggers you may have encountered. This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service company. Bamboo Pest Control is nothing but a scam, promising the world during their sales pitch and then failing to deliver on even the basics. Here’s how they lied to me: 1. They promised to treat the crawl space—never happened. 2. They said they’d treat the air vent to keep insects out—never touched it. 3. They guaranteed the garage would be cleared of spider webs and sealed to keep bugs out—absolutely nothing was done. This is blatant false advertising and a clear violation of the Revised Code of Washington 9.04.050. To make things worse, their salesman tricked me into believing the discount was for a one-time Friday service with my neighbors. Turns out, it was actually a bait to trap me into a one-year contract! The terms about the “initial service charge” are intentionally vague and misleading—my lawyer is ready to take this to court if needed. And if that’s not enough, they had the audacity to demand a $250 cancellation fee! After failing to deliver even a fraction of the service they promised, they want me to pay to walk away? Unbelievable. Stay FAR away from Bamboo Pest Control. They’re dishonest, they don’t deliver, and they’ll try to squeeze money out of you every way they can.

Deceptive sales tactics. Lied completely about our neighbors signing up for the service and used their names and everything. I guess they don't think neighbors talk. The salesperson kept returning to our house even after they were told repeatedly that we were not interested. Would not recommend.

They told me it was safe for pets and it is not. They sprayed my yard Monday and Wednesday morning my Rhodesian ridgeback bull mastiff pit was dead. When I researched the product, they claim to be safe turned out to be very toxic to dogs. Bifenthrinn and deltamethrin both are not safe and bifenthrin says to keep your dog's off the grass for at least 48 hours. I was told after 30 minutes it would be safe. I waited 3 hours. I tried to cancel this service before it killed my dog and I was stuck in a contract. I was paying and refusing to spray them until the one day I caved not knowing that would be the end of my dog's life. If you have pets please think again before letting them come in and spray. I learned the hard way. All in saying is you should look up the chemicals they are using -Bifenthrin is toxic to dog -Bromadiolone is poisonous to dogs. And you need treatment before symptoms. - lambda-cyhalothrin is a group D carcinogen and it is not good for humans or dogs. So if you got skin irritation especially on the face. You might want to look into it. And this one isn't as bad as the others for your pet .that is just to name a few of them. Yes they had been spraying my yard and yes there were signs . I just didn't think it was bamboo because bamboo lied about it being safe. Started In June then we were out of town all summer with the dog. We come back I'm in the vet office because he's puking blood and still didn't put the puzzle together . Then they sprayed on Monday. The dog was fine having no problems because I wasn't letting them come and spray. Yes I should have kept my backbone and should not let them spray.the guy that called had good intentions.i didn't want them spraying but I was caught at a weak moment. Wednesday my dog is dead . This happened on February 28 almost 3 weeks ago. Sorry it took so long to put the pieces together. I trusted what you said .. and no I don't have the body still that would be weird. But I do have the vet bills. Update... I have had mixed experiences with Bamboo Pest Control. They assured me that their products were pet-friendly and we entered into a year-long contract. However, my dog, Clooney, kept getting sick every time we returned home after they'd serviced our yard. Despite taking my concerns to the company, they insisted on fulfilling the contract. My gut told me something was wrong, and devastatingly, Clooney passed away just days after their last service. While they maintain that their product is safe, my research suggested otherwise. Although they offered a refund in exchange for my silence, my pet's health is not negotiable. Be aware and cautious! They say satisfaction guarantee and they do not hold up to that guarantee without a price.

We know that all feedback is important and we always do our best to address any concerns.<br><br>The products we use are family and pet friendly, however, we do advise customers to allow time for the product to dry before allowing pets into any area that has been treated just to be on the side of caution, not because the products we use are harmful. We have hundreds of customers with pets, (dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, chickens, and more) and we have completed thousands of services but we have never had a situation in which a pet died after services were provided in all of the years we have been in business. We also completed 7 services before the last (8th) service for you and no problems were reported after each of those services. All of the products we use are used and applied following all government and manufacture guidelines.<br><br>Our top goal here is to make sure this is addressed. We can launch an investigation and conduct an autopsy, however, we are confident that our products/services did not cause the death of your pet. If it is shown in the autopsy report that our products/services were somehow the cause of your pets death, we are more than happy to proceed with the next steps. Thought bamboo was such a great idea. Then my yard was sprayed on Monday and my dog was dead on Wednesday and I'm heartbroken. Wish I would have never got the service.they say it is pet friendly.pleaseresearch you will see it is not pet friendly.

Worst customer experience, Almost 0 quality on top of it want to extract money from customer without giving service just by quoting the agreement which was never shared before rushing customer to sign.. Will never work with them and ask not to trust them 1) The marketing associate kept coming back to house 3-4 times even after saying no. Then convinced to take the treatment on trial basis and asked to sign the aggreement with no paper copy etc and it was never called out that cancellation requires back and forth. 2) He does a quick service after which i can continue to see spiders etc ie no pest control. No bait boxes were put even though i told associate of the mouse problem and he mentioned its not covered which i came to know later that it was covered. I heard ineffectiveness of the service by couple of customers and decided to cancel 3) i called to cancel assuming call is enough and they kept billing me , Now they are denying to provide services for the months i paid for. When i have paid you need to provide service or give me refund. Bad customer service and worst company to deal with.

Our top priority is to provide the best service and experience possible.<br>A copy of the service agreement is sent to you via email immediately following the acceptance of the agreement and we are always happy to resend a copy of the agreement to you as we have recently done. We do encourage everyone to read and review any contract prior to signing so you are fully aware of the terms and conditions you are accepting.<br>During the initial service, our goal is to flush out pest activity and begin eradicating the pests. This process can sometimes stir up additional activity as we are disturbing the nests/colonies but that activity should die back down within 5-7. We do advise our customers that if they continue to see activity after that period, to let us know and we will send a technician out, free of charge, to complete additional services until that activity is stopped. Depending on the size and severity of the pest issue, this can sometimes take multiple treatments which is why we provide the full service warranty. We offered to send a technician to your home to provide these additional services and address your concerns however you declined this option as well as the additional options we provided to help.<br>The service agreement does explain you can cancel the services via written notice. When you talked with one of our representatives and requested to cancel the service she explained you would receive an email asking you to confirm you'd like to cancel the service by replying to the email and it would be accepted as the written notice. You confirmed you understood the process however we never received the response to that email. We do not require a continued back and forth process for the cancellation. Customers can request to cancel at any time and for any reason. We will offer options to help address any questions or concerns and if declined, we send the email requesting confirmation to cancel the services. Once the confirmation is received, the account is closed following the terms of the service agreement. We try to make this process as simple and easy as possible and I'm truly sorry there were difficulties in this process for you. <br>As for the billing and services, you signed up for a monthly subscription to one of our pest control packages. The billing is processed monthly while the services are completed quarterly and additional services are provided between treatments as needed. Your next service was set to be scheduled and completed within the next couple of weeks however you canceled prior to the service being scheduled. We'd be more than happy to reactivate your account and complete the services as scheduled following the terms of the service and billing schedule. We will not deny providing services for an active account but when an account is canceled per the customer's request, services and billing are stopped. <br>Again, We are sincerely sorry that you are unhappy with the services and cancellation policy but please know that we do have many options to help address the concerns you have and we are always willing to do what we can to help. We would be more than happy to reinstate the account, provide free re-treatments, and proceed with the service and billing schedule. I tried bamboo pest control as they knocked on my door and pointed out where there is infestation(since its a brand new home not much just one or 2). They came the next day to do the service and left out one of the infestation one which they themselves pointed out. I cancelled the subscription and they charged me for 300$ for the service which they have done worst job on. I would not recommend bamboo pest control to any of them. I will inform my neighborhood too.

In reviewing your account I see that you requested to cancel your services due to dissatisfaction and we offered to send a technician out to retreat and address your concerns at no additional cost as per our service warranty, however, you had declined the option and opted to proceed with cancellation. We are always happy to proceed in the way our customers see fit so your cancellation was processed following the terms of the service agreement. I apologize if there was any confusion about the cancellation policy. During the onboarding process we are able to offer a discounted rate for the initial service which impacts the cancellation fee. When an initial service is discounted, it is done so with the understanding that a customer will be receiving services for the full service agreement term. However, if a customer chooses to cancel services prior to the end of the agreement the cancellation fee is the difference between the original cost of the initial service and the discounted rate that was actually charged. So, for example, if the customer pays for the initial service without discount, there is no cancellation fee, but if a customer pays half of the initial service and later decides to cancel within the terms of the agreement, the remaining half of the initial service is due at the time of cancellation. This policy is in place to help protect small, locally owned businesses such as ours and allows us to be able to offer discounted prices for the initial service to our customers without also hurting our business. This policy is explained in the service agreement but please know that we are here and happy to help. If you'd like to resume your services and complete the term of the service agreement, we'd be happy to refund the cancellation fee as well as send a technician out for the free re-treatment to address your concerns.
