Did not suppose to have any service done. Asked to come back another day. I don’t know why there was a sign left in my yard. There was no paperwork was left on my door so there should not have been any service done. I don’t know why I am receiving this survey

We had contracted for tree removal. We paid in advance ($3250). Senske came out 4 days later but without a Boom truck so they were only able to cut one very minor (small) tree out of the four we had contracted for. This is the last we saw of them with Senske citing truck breakdown, and then the „ cutter“ having a stroke. All unfortunate problems but not our problem. After one month, We requested a refund, they sent us $1084. Senske has been difficult to reach and certainly not fair in their transaction with us. Now well have to go to small claims court to recover the short fall. We’d used Senske on 2 prior occasions with no problems. We are surprised and disappointed with their poor service.

I wouldn't give this company 1 star, they took 141 and some change out of my account unauthorized, after an investigation is was determined no services were provided and I have text proof showing we did not want services. They tell me ill get a refund of the 141 that will be issued in 7 to 10 days so I wait 2 weeks call and they said they sent a check in the mail instead of returning the money the same way it was taken. Another week to 2 go by I call again and today now im told oh we are supposed to advise it could be 4 to 6 weeks once a check is mailed? That sounds super suspicious to me. A company that takes money from someone and does not provide the service but took money, now your making that person fight for their refund back. I would not do business with these people if this is how they handle their customer service for their own wrong doing. I understand mistakes happen but you owe that money so unless the check is coming from another country there's no excuse for a 4 to 6 week wait time after a check is absurd. Dont do business with these people unless you can afford to lose the money because getting anything back your entitled to is not a priority to these people. They were quick on the spot to take it but content with 2 to 3 months for me to wait for the return of my money they didnt have permission to withdraw. Do not give your bank information to these people because even if you cancel services they will debit your card and you will wait months on end for money back. Even if I were at fault, an investigation determined the money was not supposed to be taken and will be returned and here we are still fighting to get it back.

This morning I had a technician knock on my door at 6:54am for my prepaid Summer Plant Service, which is supposed to include spraying all of my shrubs and trees. Instead, the technician assumed no one was home and chose not to complete the work appropriately. I watched him spray one small bush on one side of my yard, skip my backyard entirely (where most of my trees and shrubs are located), and then spray just two front shrubs while ignoring the ones along the fence line. By 7:00am, he was already back in his truck and leaving, showing he was only at my residence for about six minutes total. This explains why my yard has been unsatisfactory this year, with pest issues, weeds, and grass looking worse than ever. The technicians have been lazy and are not fulfilling the prepaid services I’ve paid for. I recently installed cameras on my property, and this was the first time I could confirm that Senske is not providing the services as promised. This is why I have cancelled service with them and will be looking for an alternative company to properly care for my yard.

I signed up for quarterly pest control . Used them for a year . They sent me a bill for service they supposedly did 4 weeks ago. I am certain they never actually showed up or did a treatment judging by the spider nests i now have in almost every window of my house. Call to cancel since my contract is up and requested a re spray . Cancelation department was un available (go figure) and they said they will contact me when a re treatment gets scheduled( couldn't schedule while i was on the phone) I have had numerous issues with my service from the beginning.

I feel bad for the techs that work here that may do a good job but always put in bad situations with whoever fails at scheduling. It doesn’t seem like too much to ask to have a heads up before the day of service. I would have the pest control show up while we’re having an event so then they would have the tech call to let me know they were 20 minutes away. Finally cancelled pest control last fall and ever since now I don’t get phone calls before the day for lawn service either. 3 weeks after having an ‘unable to service due to sprinklers being on’ I again get no notice beforehand, just a text that the tech is in the way, but I wasn’t home. So the lawn was sprayed at 7:24, mowed at 9am and water came on at 10:30. Completely wasted service but will happily pay knowing I’ll never have to deal with them again.

Worst spray company! Used to be great but the last spray was super delayed and did not get rescheduled. More bugs appeared after getting sprayed. I had to call multiple times to be scheduled and I’m done. No longer getting services from this terrible company

Second time our yard was burned when Senske did vegetation control. After the first time we considered it a one off and gave them another chance. The grass was just starting to grow back when they killed it again. I contacted them last week and have yet to get a response. We have used them for many services over the years and have spent a lot of money with them. You would think they would value our business and get back to us within a day or two. We canceled all of our services and at this point I would not recommend them to anyone. We are moving our services to another company.

***Updated review June 27, 2023 Still waiting to hear back from anyone at Senske. When they reply to your review and say “We would like to discuss this further” it’s a LIE. They don’t care to discuss anything further. They instead would just rather you cancel your services (which is where they will transfer your call to when you have any sort of frustration). And if you ask for to speak with a manager “they are out in the field and not available” ???? So you won Senske 👏🏻👏🏻 our services are now CANCELLED. I am adding photos to show what $1,500 worth of services gets you with Senske! Not worth the $$ or the headache. Original review… We are finishing out the season with Senske but will not continue services in our next home. The technicians we deal with on property have been great and knowledgeable, but I am not impressed with the office staff. 100 % WOULD NOT recommend.

We have a new home that is 1 year old. We don't use Senske, but some of our neighbors do. Back in January on the 23rd, one of Senske's large pump trucks drove up our driveway, and tried to turn by moving forward and backward, leaving black marks and cracking the edges in 2 places. I contacted them and talked to the field supervisor Dave. He was apologetic and stated that his drivers are not allowed to back up trucks without a spotter. He said that he would talk to his drivers and make sure that didn't happen again. He would also follow up with remediation. We never heard from him again. 2 more times different drivers in Senske pick up trucks used our driveway and left marks. I could not catch them right away, however I called and left messages yet again for Dave, never heard back. Yesterday I noticed another truck in front of my neighbors property didn't give it much thought. Again he drove up our driveway and before I could react, gunned the truck in reverse over the retaining curb, and into a ditch. He was spinning his back tires throwing rocks making a mess and I yelled at him to stop. They had to get a tow truck and a boom truck (3 hours of blocking my driveway) to remove it. Tow driver said that the drive-line was broken and the truck gas tank was on the cement curb. Imagine if I had not stopped that kid from gunning the truck, he could have caused an explosion that would have cost Senske more than what it is going too. So 4 times now, and we have 2 counts of trespassing, private property damage, damage to city property, and they didn't even clean up all the debris and mess they left. Pieces and parts off the truck including sharp plastic where kids could get too. I had to go out and clean it all myself. Our neighbors next door where he was parked said that they didn't have any service from them, so not sure why he was there. If we were not home 24x7 they probably would not have even told the home owners what they did, we would have just found a mess. trespass and vandalism of private property is serious. Homeowners beware.
