CPP always contacts us ahead of their visit, they always show up when they say they will. Anytime we've noticed areas of wasp or yellow jacket activity, they have expeditiously taken care of it. Highly recommended.

We love that Complete Pest control remembers to come without us having to call them. They also knock down all our wasp nest that some years can be a lot. Won't service my area

I called on Friday and they were going to come out on Monday. Due to weather we had to reschedule for Wednesday. Seth kept me up to date on when he was going to be able to treat my house. I came home from work and all the wasp nests were gone! It was great!!! I totally recommend Complete Pest Prevention!

Called to set up appointment for pest control. When calling the man who answered was far from friendly. Ask me why I was calling him if pointe pest control did well for me in the past. He said something about vendor loyalty. He even went as far as telling me that pointe pest control was 5 cents cheaper than him?? . He did everything he could to avoid taking my business. In the end he took my number and name to call me back and never did. Not that I would have given him my business if he did call me back. Horrible customer service. And yes I went back to pointe who has amazing customer service thanks for the advice. And actually Pointe is $5 more but worth it not to deal with this. I do not recommend dealing with this company.

Great experience with this company. Robert was very knowledgeable and thorough. He came out guickly and inspected my residence and came up with a plan specific for my needs. He even showed my young daughter how the mouse traps work so she would know to not touch them. Will be using them again for sure.

We've been using Complete Pest Prevention for the past 3 years now and I won't use anyone else. I absolutely detest spiders and I have had zero run-ins with the creepy things since we've been using their service. They are quick and reliable and my favorite part about this business is that you get to talk to a real person when you call, not that automated nonsense. You won't be disappointed in their customer service either.

I had an awesome experience with this company! Jim was extremely informative, prompt, friendly, courteous, and affordable!! He knew exactly what to do to treat my issues (ants and spiders). I would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs help!
