Mike and Damien did some weed spray and other maintenance at the campground I am currently staying at and they were awesome. Good communication and answered all the questions I had about the spray and animal safety time. Cool guys and quick service. I didn't hire them being at the campground but from what I did experience I would definitely give them a shot if I was looking for someone to hire.

Damian and Mike serviced my place today and they were great. They even let me move my vehicles so they could do a more thorough job on the gravel. Very polite and conscientious. Great job!

I recently switched over to Epic, in that I wanted to deal with a locally based company. Today was my first service for trees and shrubs. Mike was the technician. He was fantastic. Called me prior to arrival, checked in with me upon arrival, and was meticulous in doing the job. I appreciate his professional service. Prior to starting services I contacted Maria, who was very helpful in explaining services, their protocol and sending a proposal for services. Great communication! Thank you!

I have used this company for the last three years. They used to be great and their technician Mike is still great but he's just run off his feet. They do not seem to have the staff to keep up with their treatment plans. My first service this year was a month late and was only achieved after I repeatedly emailed and phoned, there was an excuse every week for why they weren't coming. Then I started getting collection calls once a week for my invoices that were current, not past due(I have never paid them late in the three years we have used them). When the next service was due, once again nothing, I had to call and try to schedule after another 2 weeks of excuses. I finally have switched to a new company just to get consistent service and stop being harassed, seems like maybe they need more service technicians and less staff making collection calls. Very disappointed as this used to be a great service.

Mike came to service my property for pest and lawn care, he was very professional and helpful. He did a very thorough job. I have had pest service in the past, Mike was very meticulous and I was very pleased with the service.

They are an excellent service normally. But recently had them come trim and general cleanup for winter. Gustavo and Chris came out. I gave them general expectations for the work I needed done. I only expected them to trim the bushes and take away the trimmings. They not only did the expected good job, but took the time to smooth out beauty bark and trimmed back some problems plants I didn't expect them to take care of. This is the first review I bothered to make and happy to share my positive experience.

Gustavo and Servando did good work in aerating our lawn as did Jim and Raul in the dethatching.

Jacob W came by the house two times to help us with our sprinkler system. I thought he was very helpful and punctual. I hope he's the one who gets sent out this fall for blowout.

I am not an irrigation expert, so I previously spent a large sum of money to have all my sprinkler valves, boxes, lines and heads replaced when I moved into our home, paying for them to add 2 additional irrigation spickets at the valve boxes- the technicians made repeat trips to the store, each time returning with incorrect parts. The techs finished the job and installed two, 3-foot tall PVC pipes with heavy metal 1/4 turn valves for the high pressure irrigation lines - both unsecured to something solid. The heads and PVC later broke on several occasions, each time requiring me to pay for them to return to repair. Now, I've just capped them both off and they are unusable - a total waste of money. Another irrigation professional came by to tell me they should have never used heavy metal connections and spickets connected to tall PVC, then PVC under the ground connected to plastic which could break and cause a massive flood issue. I spent a fortune and cannot use what they installed. For a while I used them to come each year to check my sprinklers, but they got too expensive. Each year, I've called to get a quote on them for sprinkler blowouts and each year their prices go up and up and up from $52.46 in 2020 to a quote in October 2023 $79.95+tax for 6 zones. Absolutely crazy prices for 15 minutes of work. All the sprinkler blow out guys I see driving around charge between $45-55 dollars for up to 6 zones. Unfortunately, I feel the overall lack of quality of their work and their extremely high prices make me not want to return as a loyal customer.

Our homeowners association used Epic for snow removal/anti-ice control. Their billing and record keeping are woefully inadequate. They were unable to verify the work that was done. They claimed that monthly invoices were e-mailed monthly, none were received. They have no backup plan that provides mailed invoices. The contract procedures are unprofessional and do not encourage good customer service. Their lack of understanding and responsiveness have resulted in a non-renewal of their contract.

We have used epic about four times. Last time they were here we had quoted two hours of work, like we always have done with them. So the price should have been the same, or close. They withdrew triple the amount. Almost $350 dollars. When we called to see have them explain the office lady stated that all she could say was prices went up. Instead of looking into and giving us a more detailed answer. They charged us almost three hundred more dollars. Do not recommend this lawn business. They over charge and then can’t explain why they charged what they charge.

Trash Tri-Cities should be be this company's name!! They put up hundreds of sprinkler blowout signs everywhere in the Tri-Cities. I contacted them around Thanksgiving, they said that they were still getting calls, contacted them before Xmas they said that they were getting signs removed that week. Well 1/7/20 and sprinkler blowout signs are still out there, do not use this company if you like your community!!

The company’s lack of integrity led to a Bad experience. Highly recommend another company. In August of 2018, we signed a contract that stated “1 full years worth of services.” Halfway through that year Epic Lawn disregarded the contract we signed and entered us into a new contract without our permission or signature. We had no idea that the original contract was over and that we were entered into a different 6 month contract. We were then threatened by Epic Lawn to have our bill sent over to a collection agency for a bill/contract we had no idea about. When I called the company to discuss, the representative apologized and agreed that they made a mistake but the manager did not want to discuss the issue. I asked the manager to call me back 7 times in 4 weeks and received no contact what so ever. This is the first negative review I have ever posted. Find another company.

Further update: I have received my bill. The total disclosed via phone was actually less than they are trying to bill me now for. I stead of leaving things in a positive light they have also chosen to threaten me with legal action. My crime? I just received the bill and they are already putting a lien on my home. Interesting since I have not even been given a chance to pay the bill. Avoid this company at all cost. I may have to consider legal action since they have provided no opportunity to pay the bill before placing a lien. Update : I have reached out to the owner of Epic looking to get some sort of reasonable closure for their shoddy work. What I got instead was more excuses than a teenager. He was incredibly unprofessional, refused to take responsibility for his employees. This company should be avoided at all costs. They overcharge you, waste time and can't complete the job. When I mentioned a competitor was fixing the issues the owner immediately started trashing the competition. Professionalism and etiquette are two things this company is severely lacking. If you value your time and money, hire a different company. It has been five days of having my lawn torn up and promises that things would be fixed. This has not occured. Each time they come out, they fix one thing and leave another. Their technician disappears without a word and then shuts their phone off and will no communicate. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I called to have them come out to start up the sprinklers for spring. They asked me on the phone if I wanted to pre-pay. (I think I got a small discount if I pre-payed) I will NEVER pre-pay again! They couldn’t finish the start up as the system needed a new valve. He said he would be back next week to finish as he didn’t have time. I was completely fine with him returning to finish the job. I called a few days later and left a message but never got a returned call. I called again and they said the scheduler was out and would call me back the next day but never received a response. I called a few more times and always got the answering machine. I finally got a gentleman on Thursday and he said he was just getting ready to call me. I expressed my frustration and he said they would be out the next morning. My husband waited all day and they never showed!! Do yourself a favor and save yourself a ton of frustration and don’t use epic lawn care services. I will be calling my bank to dispute the charges that I prepaid 3 weeks ago! Wish I could give 0 stars instead of 1 star.

These people are huge scammers. They charged us 3 times the estimate for the work they did. Chris is either terrible at estimating or just trying to trick his customers. Miguel, the worker said he spent multiple days and many hours just to replace about 2 feet of plastic pipes with metal ones. He also had to make 3 trips to the store because he didn’t get the correct parts. I recommend choosing a more competent and trustworthy company.

Worst decision ever. They are aware they are bad enough that they disabled reviews on their Facebook account. I really wish I read their reviews here and yelp before hiring them. Communication was terrible. We were told we were "on the calendar for this week" for about a month. The work was not professional. They broke several things and only replaced a few. They broke my valve cover and didn't replace it for 3 months which is now filled with dirt because of it. They skipped an entire area of sod that was in the quote because they said there were too many rocks. I explained that is exactly the reason we hired a company to do it. Took another month to get them to fix it. They charged me for fixing irrigation when they broke more than they fixed. A certain employee treated me like garbage when they came back to fix things. He brought out an employee and asked me which one of us wasn't telling the truth. When I brought up the issues they basically said they didn't care and they'll just put a lien on my home. There is no pride in their work and customer service is a foreign concept to them.

I would NOT recommend Epic to anyone! We used them for pest control services and have since hired Pointe instead. They are unresponsive, it is clear they don't have good communication between the field techs and the office. They would not return my calls or call to schedule a follow up when they told me they would. They misbilled me multiple times. The tech didn't show up for my scheduled appointment and they made no effort to contact me to tell me they couldn't make it. Terrible customer service.
