Founded in 2006 by Inland NW Resident Jacob Borg, Pointe Pest Control has grown from a single office in Spokane, Washington, to multiple locations throughout Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Montana. Today Pointe employs an impressive group of experienced and knowledgeable professionals committed to problem solving and serving our customers' needs. Pointe Pest Control is proud to give back to the communities it serves through a number of avenues, including an annual Scholarship Program awarded to graduating Seniors in Washington, Idaho,Oregon, and Montana. In addition, Pointe conducts an annual Charitable Bed Bug Treatment program called 'Take a Bite of the Holidays' that includes a complete bed bug treatment for a family in need.

Cord did a great job cleaning the cobwebs and replacing the bait stations, we had a bad mouse colony to start with but these guys coming out regularly have had a huge reduction in critters, mouse and spider both.

I had a very disappointing experience with Pointe Pest Control. They charged me for services but only came out once. Additionally, I discovered that there was a 12-month agreement in place, which I never agreed to; I had only agreed to a 3-month agreement. To make matters worse, they scheduled an appointment without my consent or confirming my availability, expecting me to be free. When I tried to cancel, Steven Tobin was extremely rude and passive-aggressive. He suggested that my budget was probably the issue and remarked that he didn’t understand why he gave me the pricing he did, implying that he usually charges more and that competitors charge more as well. This unprofessional behavior, combined with the lack of effective service, made the entire experience frustrating and unsatisfactory.

Numerous times I've asked Pointe's employees to stop coming to my door as I'm not interested in their services and pointed out my No Solicitation sign clearly posted on my door. Last night at 8:45 pm another one rang my doorbell and woke me up. This was strange because not only was it late but he was on foot. I am done with this and will not tolerate any more contact at my door!

This was my first time using this company. The phone conversations were not matching the agreement form. I was added 4 services when I called for 1. I then call back to change it since Mike refused to do service. He was very rude and high tempered and complaining when it wasn’t our fault the contract was wrong. They then raised the price and removed rodents from the service. So a lose lose situation. Definitely the last time I will use.

Took him 2 minutes did not see him even go back yard. Which they have always done by sliding glass door. Was not done. Not happy this visit. May choose another company. Have been with pointe pest for a few years now.

They came to our house and treated it and they made the issue worse and then I called them back and they came back and said they couldn’t find anything but we found stuff and then I was vacuuming and we vacuumed up what looks like little centipedes or something like that And he didn’t wait for me and this was a supervisor to come outside when I told him to dump it out on a paper towel so I could show him the centipedes and show them inside the vacuum. He did not wait for me and then he said that I’m banned from calling their services when all I did was ask for him to come out and look because there was a problem because my mom saw it and so did I we saw them trying to crawl out and get out of the vacuum. I don’t know what they were. I’m not sure but I do not recommend them at all. They’re very rude and they don’t treat their customers right and they don’t do their job right that’s why the supervisor had to come out the second time because the first time the guy did not do his job right in the supervisor. Brian even said that so I do not recommend this company. They do not handle the problem the way it should be handled and they are very rude.

I contacted Pointe just for a single spray and didn't want a contract . The guy told me that they would come spray then return in 30 to kill any remaing eggs ect. But said if I see anything before the 30 days , to call and they would come back without charge. I paid for the 1st spray and seen spiders about 10 days after so I called and they came out. Then they missed their 30day appointment to get remaing eggs , didn't show up or even call. Then I received a bill from them, they never even showed up. I called about the bill and was told i was being charged for the spray 10days after the 1st spray which was supposed to be free. I told them I wasn't paying for services they said was free. When I asked why they didn't show for the final spray they told me that the guy changed his mind on the verbal agreement we had. Which I was never informed about. Now they sent it to collection and ruined my credit score which I need for a loan to build our home. I would gladly pay this if I owed it, but Idon't. How can a company say you owe something you dont and mess up your credit DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY WILL LIE TO YOU

They neglected to tell me until after I had signed the contract that my one time spray was actually a year long contract with multiple spray appointments. They also did not show up to spray on a day they said they would and also said that they had despite me being outside all day and not seeing them spray, nor any evidence of them spraying from residue or any of the white pellets that they use. Overall cost is high, spray didn't work as our house is covered in spider webs and flies, and they also lied about completing services.

Gary came to my house to assess the pest issues we are having. Gave me a reasonable quote. I paid. 3 hours later, Joe M. came out set traps and poison boxes out. Sprayed the perimeter of my home and knocked all the old wasp nests out my eaves. Answered every question i had. Greatly appreciated. Thanks again. Definitely Recommend Pointe Pest Control. Update: As far as their mice control services go, you are better off getting traps and poison from Ace hardware and taking care of them yourself. I spent 260 dollars for 2 months. And none of the stuff they set out was even touched. And now a contract cancellation fee. You guys are a joke.

The came out here and took care of the mice problem but I wasn’t told that I was signing up for “quarterly services” which means I was gonna have to pay for them to come out every other month. When I called to cancel they said they would pick up the snap traps that i thought I had paid for with the $179 service. Make sure you read what you’re signing, the technician NEVER mentioned it was a quarterly service, whatever I signed was in my understanding to allow them to come into my home. They also offer a “no charge” service if the problem continues which I was denied since I cancelled the services even after they took the money out of my account for the second time around.
