He was very thorough today and went out of his way to take care of the rat traps here! The food was all gone and probably has been for a long time. Doesn’t work without it! Eric came to our home and did a fabulous job of explaining our moth issue. What he was going to do and he did the outside of our condo top and bottom then the grass in our condo area. We we’re VERY pleased with his visit

Eric did a great job on Tuesday, I watched him while I was out in town and it seems he did a good job, but it is a little to soon to see.

Dakota is great. He contacted me to let me know his arrival time and was there promptly. He took a look at an additional pest problem that recently developed and sprayed for the issue. He is thorough and respectful.

Horrible experience. They make you sign a contract for a year or 2, just for them to make every excuse not to come when needed. They do a half ssa job. Would not recommend.

They have short business hours are difficult to get ahold of unless they are trying to sell you something and they make you sign a contract and it costs $250 to get out of. They say they will come out and retreat but then have no availability. There are better services out there.

Told me I had mosquitoes and ended up being a fly from the irrigation that swarmed my house. Talked me into a yard treatment plan that did absolutely nothing and told me I could cancel it anytime but then put in the contract that it was for 12 months, I would never use these people again. You’re better off getting pasties online.

You guys need to make sure that we are aware that you are coming, because you visited but no one noticed and according to sources, you "sprayed" but only the outside and the pests are inside. My house is infested with ants and they did not want to do the service as they promised when they sold it. I am living with the ants and spiders until they can come to fumigate.

I had two salesmen come by on their electric scooters to my rental to push their services. They kept coming back to a point of being so pushy I agreed to let the sign me up for wasp treatments. I was told by the salesman I was not going to be staying in the rental more than a few more months. He tried to get me to sign a contract and said if you want me to use your services, I will, but I won't sign a contract. He said No problem! I did sign on his phone, which he assured me I wouldn't be locked into a contract. Fast forward 5 months, I have moved into a permanent residence, and they won't cancel my contract which I was told I wasn't in. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They now want me to prove I moved and show documents of my new residence. So not right!

WEIRD SALESMAN. We have a salesman that has come to our home multiple times. He has bugged my wife continuously and will not get a hint of we do not care or want the service. He came back a couple days later and we did not answer because we already told him no. After not answer after 3 knocks and 3 rings then proceeded to our neighbors and gave false information saying we have someone in Colorado that’s supposed to be making our payments (even though we don’t have their service) seems like he was trying to hint at if my wife lived here with anyone or if she was alone. After bugging our neighbors he came back AGAIN shortly after and knocked another times.

The young guy on the segway was argumentative and disrespectful calling my husband and I names. We simply explained he was trespassing and we did not need the service. We asked him to leave several times before he started threatening us after being trespassed off the property. He also claimed he would "be back again when he was off the clock to fight my husband". We don't suggest you try that unless you want real consequences to meet that threat!

Bugs still rampant after the spray. Had a termite inspection. Told us this tree had termites right by our house. And wanted us to buy a $1700 treatment. Tech only showed a picture of the dirt never took us out there directly. Told us multiple times not to go out to look at the tree. We looked the moment she left and there were NO termites. And still none weeks later.

They have their salespeople out on holiday evenings, when people work the next day, at 9pm. Their sales rep then rang my doorbell not once, not twice, but three times. When I called to talk to someone about this and ask that someone does not ring my doorbell after I’m set to be in bed, and they said, “we don’t contact our door to door sales people, so we can’t guarantee they won’t come by again.” Is this not basic sales etiquette?! I can’t think of one successful company who ran their business smoothly sending salespeople out at 9pm. Even EIGHT is too late to be knocking on my door. Do better.

At both entrances to my community there are clear postings that state that there is no solicitation allowed. But clearly those rules must not apply, for the second straight year one of your sales associates knocked on more door to solicit a sale, after informing him that this behavior is not allowed in my community and after he thought he was out of sight, he continues to solicit other homes. If they cant follow simple rules and read signs, how good can the service be?
