Great service done today by David Roberts. David's communication about what he was going to do was very clear and understandable. As long as I don't see any ants or rodents in my house or garage, I am one happy customer!! Like some of the other 1 star reviews, the two sales representatives knocked on my door at 8:30pm on a Friday night, completely disregarding my No Soliciting sign in the middle of my front door. When I pointed to the sign on my door, the sales representative pretended he thought it said No Smoking. Completely unprofessional and did not apologize for ignoring my sign. Worker came to my house and disregarded the no soliciting signs on the door and doorbell. I kept politely declining the services, but he kept asking and rephrasing the sales pitch over and over again. Finally after saying no about signing up for the 4th-5th time, he finally walked away.
