Derek provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was able to remove a birds nest from my bathroom exhaust fan, thoroughly clean the vent, remove 2 birds trapped inside. The following day he returned to replace the outside guard cover that had broken. Derek’s customer service went above and beyond when he took the time to clean/remove debris from the guard cover next to the one he was replacing, checked the vents again. Patiently answered my many questions. Because of this A+ service I will definitely recommend his services to others. Thank you!
