They apologized for my experience and promised to refund my $135 payment, which they did promptly. I appreciate that they followed through quickly — getting the refund was what I wanted after the experience, and it was the right thing to do. That said, my original concern still stands. Called them out for mice in Jan/Feb of 2023, guy came back and said he patched up a hole in the kitchen they came thru and set up some traps. Did suggest closing the crawl space vents or replacing them cause thats how they were coming in the house.
