We worked with Katie Lepper during our search for the right franchise to build our future. Though we decided to go in another direction Katie was a joy to work with. She was knowledgeable, forthright, and honest. She gave us terrific insight and feedback and there was no high pressure sales tactic. Even we’ve told we were going in another direction, she was kind and professional. We loved Katie.

I wish there was a no star option. I’ve been waiting on a warranty replacement coffee maker from this outfit since September 2025. I sent them all the info req’d multiple times (copy of the receipt, photo of the cord date code, a cheque for $6, pic of the owners manual) yet they keep asking for this info when i contact to inquire where my coffee maker is. It’s a black and decker coffee maker. My advice… avoid black and decker and empower brands unless you want to buy junk that you have to continually throw away and replace out of your own pocket. Frustrated.

If this is the same company that has any affiliation with Remington razors and beer, trimmers, etc. what a terrible company. Worst customer service I’ve ever had they keep sending me emails asking for proof of purchase which I promptly forward them. My order form from Amazon. It clearly shows where it was bought. What date how much I paid for it and yet they can’t figure that out? So much for that five year warranty huh? Most of my emails have gone by the way with nobody responding whatsoever. Almost seems like a scam.
