Robert always gets the job done! After meeting him the first time, he's been very informative about the products being used, if they're pet safe, etc...I haven't been home or usually can't step away from my computer due to work but even when treating the outside, he communicates throughout the entire visit via text. Thanks for all that you do!

SUPER SHADY BUSINESS, RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I've asked to cancel my services 3 months in a row, each time being told it's taken care of. Now I'm sent to collections with hundreds in fees, and not a single invoice sent to me. This place is a total scam.

I am truly sad to have to write this review but at this point I have no choice. I had been a happy customer for over a year but due to a few scheduling issues I decided to cancel. The manager called me personally apologizing and offering a few months comped to give them another shot so I said ok but they were not authorized to charge my card and once the time expired I would re engage. Well fast forward a few months and I start getting notifications from a collections agency that they have sent my account to collections. I have spoken to staff here no less than 10 times and every time they tell me I don’t owe a cent and they will get it cleared and it’s not really at collections and every week I get another notification. No one will call me back, no one will help resolve this. And to make matters worse they continues to enter my property and provide services after I cancelled. This place is not worth the headache. There are plenty of other reliable pest services out there. If management would like to resolve this, you all have my number and happy to amend my review to reflect you making it right.

I did inform him about the rodent activities inside my house. He said he will check the craw space and come inside do put some trap. He never check the traps in the garage. Only service the outside spider web for 5 minutes and left. No problem solved

This is one business I would for sure never use based on how they drive! Had one of their vehicles nearly hit me on 64 this past weekend (5/17/25). He was easily doing 85-90 mph and was weaving in and out of traffic! It’s almost a shame he didn’t hit my truck because I would have sued in a heartbeat! Nice job on hiring idiots!

Last week on Monday they were supposed to come and spray the whole yard. I have video footage where the technician did not go in my backyard or even attempt to go in the back. I called right away and they told me they were going to call the technician to come back. The technician did not respond to text or their call. I was also told the service manager would call me back later that day and they never did. I call back Wednesday and Friday of the same week to speak to someone about the situation. Each time I was told a service manager was going to call me back but they still haven’t and it’s been a week now. They did not even send someone else to come spray the back yard. I can say the representatives do answer the phone quickly but after that there is absolutely no communication. I wonder how many other times they have told me they sprayed the backyard when they really didn’t now. Also my son now has bites on the back of his neck because this company did not fulfill its obligations or care to send someone back out to do the job they were supposed to in the first place. Very disappointed in the service and communication

I initially signed up for service advising specifically of insects I needed assistance with. Was told during my quarterly spray by technician they only spray for mosquitoes?? This is the second time that I asked for assistance with getting an insect situation taken care of and was told by this company they could not help. However I had to sign a contract and made to have automatic deductions monthly, they come out quarterly and spray I don’t know what?? I recommend going with another company. I have had to spend money out my pocket buying items to take care of insects in the home on top of what I was paying them. Extremely frustrating.

And I would NEVER use this business. Soley based on the drivers, who do not obey the traffic laws. They make their own roads when making turns at lights. Avoid them at all costs. Their drivers are idiots....can't imagine what their service is like!

I am not happy with Eco Pest. I called them after reading several reviews which were rated 4 star and above and thought they must be good, but the service person who came in, first of all did not wear a mask. Then, I mentioned a few outside areas that he needs to attend, like the garage, deck and entrance where we noticed bugs, wasps etc, he finished the job in 10 min and said he treated all areas including crawl space. But I noticed, the deck was not attended at all, the garage was partially treated. I noticed bugs in various places after the treatment. I texted EcoPest, I wrote them an email saying that I was not happy about their service and that I wanted to cancel their services. They have not responded so far (been weeks now). But they have been promptly sending reminders for payment for the unprofessional service they performed. Totally unhappy and will not recommend EcoPest to anyone.

They are misleading and prey on elder customers. Called many times to state dissatisfication with the service and was told if it didn't improve could discontinue service but that was just a lie . Customer service and satisfaction should be number 1 within a company of its stature. Completely disappointed.
