Was supposed to come out after making an appointment. However they never came. We made two schedule appointments the owner failed to show as promised. Poor business practice.

Hi Rich<br><br>We take reviews seriously, but it’s important to clarify the facts here.<br><br>Your original appointment was postponed due to severe weather in the area, including storms and tornado warnings. For safety reasons, we contacted you in advance and rescheduled. At that time, you indicated the issue was not urgent and chose to reschedule several days out for the free inspection.<br><br>On the rescheduled date, you were booked for a morning arrival window — not a guaranteed 10:00 AM appointment. Our team was still operating within that window when you called and canceled the visit because we had not arrived by 10:00 AM.<br><br>We did not “fail to show” for either appointment. We communicated proactively regarding the weather delay and were on schedule to fulfill the second appointment within the agreed timeframe before it was canceled.<br><br>We work hard to provide reliable, professional service and believe this review does not accurately reflect what occurred. That said, we remain willing to assist if you’d like to move forward.

This company is a life saver! I love how educated Daniel is and how he is able to get rid of pest AND explain exactly why they behave the way they do in different seasons and climates. Great for general pest control. We worked with this company for a while but recently went with a competitor. When I called to cancel our service, the rep was unprofessional and hung up on me before confirming he canceled our service. That’s my only complaint. Great when you work with them but not good at handling cancelations.

I used James River Pest Solution in Midlothian for a flea issue and they did a great job. They were on time, efficient, communicated well, and offered a reasonable price for the service. The only critique I have is that I wish we had been given more advance guidance on how to prep the house, like what to move or cover, before the treatment. That would’ve made things smoother. Other than that, they were professional and I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to others in the area.
