UPDATE: AARON was great today. Had an ant invasion in between regular treatments and Aaron was efficient, professional and personable as we have come to expect from Rich Pro. He took care of us well. PREVIOUS REVIEW: We have had quarterly pest treatment service with Rich Pro for several years. They can be trusted to do a thorough inspection and treatment every time in a professional manner. My 1st contact with a technician was with Patrick, best in the business -- which must be why he was promoted! Tim soon filled his shoes and I always request him to do our service. We had a horrible infestation of wormy looking things (centipedes I think) and a big ant problem at the start. Consistent visits by Rich Pro have kept everything in check. When we had a bad yellow jacket problem that didn't fall under our contract, Patrick came out and gave us choices on how to deal with it. Rich Pro should be everyone's go-to pest control company. And now Zach is my go to guy! Wouldn't trade him for anyone!

Matt came today to do the quarterly visit. He is always punctual and thorough. He checked the bait traps and sprayed the exterior of our home for pests and dewebbed our front porch and back deck. He did a great job as always. I highly recommend RichPro.

Chris, we are sorry that this was your experience with us. At RichPro, we do our best to meet our customers' needs with professionalism and integrity. Unfortunately, we were not able to get on the same page with you when it came to managing your account which is why it was, regretfully, cancelled at the end of April and your last monthly payment was refunded as a courtesy.<br>
I've just started with this company but so far; everything has been wonderful, especially the communication. Initial service has been done, we'll see in 2 wks what the out come of the mice control is. Operations Manager, Patrick Wallace left no doubt that their customers come first.

When I sign the contract year a go they said they will be exterminate insects in my yard around the house and now they are saying only inside the house and exterior of my house only. Two words I’m going to terminate my contract. They don’t keep the word. The one who came haven’t done a good job on exterior either. I still have spiders and ants on my walls

At first I thought they were great. Professional, responsive, on time. But we requested they use chemicals safe for wildlife. The first regular service after the initial setup, they used Tandem, and I got to watch beautiful little skinks die on my drive. I'm glad for that skink, because we have a bearded dragon that we take outside, and that skink probably saved her life.

Our desire is to not harm those animals. That said, we have not encountered this particular situation before so we have reached out to our manufacturer for more information. Thank you for bringing this to our attention as it will help us be better. Because of the difficulty you have had, which we are so sorry for, we have refunded your service fee from our last service.
