Preston was the Technician who completed the quarterly treatment for my home. He was very thorough. He inquired about my satisfaction with the last service I received and applied additional product to control the spiders, beetles, etc. that were coming into my garage and home. He also checked and replaced the bait traps to control the problem I was having with mice. Great job as usual. Happy I found this company.

We called Summit to help with a yellow jackets nest that was in our walls somewhere. Jason came out and did a thorough inspection, including the soffit, walls, and attic. He could see where they were getting in but couldn't locate the nest, and felt absolutely awful. He worked with Summit to refund our deposit, resprayed the area, and put everything back better than he found it. He is coming back when it gets consistently cold to seal up the entry path, so they don't come back in the spring. He told us what to look for and when to call them out once the nest shows itself (soft walls/ceiling). He also investigated some old squirrel activity in the attic that we weren't aware of, free of charge, and concluded it didn't need immediate attention. We have the untreatable yellow jacket problem unfortunately, but Summit was so professional and helpful despite this. 5 stars!

Summit has been awesome for our home. 1000's of insects arrived at the outside of our home and tried to enter our home. But summit has the exact insecticide at a reasonable price to take care of our problems... And Tom was awesome and knew how to handle the problem. thank You Summit!

I sent an e-mail on Summit Enviromental's website for a service visit on a Saturday. I received a call early Monday morning in order to schedule a service visit. The technician was out the next day. He took pictures of the attic and I decided to have the insulation replaced and the attic fan placed on the outside of the house (versus inside the house). Everything was complete in a weeks' time. We are very pleased with the work completed.

I have been using Summit for several years. Summit and the employees have always been great, super helpful and considerate. I would highly recommend them for both basic service and larger issues.
The gentleman who came out explained what he was doing and answered all my questions.
I called Summit based on their reviews because there were bugs on my porch that I was concerned might be termites. I also had spiders. A technician came out. I showed him the insect and asked if it was a termite. He said he didn’t know and snapped a picture. Needless to say I had already done that and ChatGpt narrowed it down to a winged ant, or less probably a termite. I would expect that someone coming out for an evaluation would be experienced enough to know the difference. Then I directed him to my crawl space to assess the spider issue. I was having an unexpected crisis and asked that he email a quote and I’d get back to him. Despite this he rang my bell twice more. The second time was to provide a quote of $82 per month, to which I requested a one-time treatment. He said he would have to email that quote. ???? Then he proceeded to try and upsell crawl space encapsulation with full sales pitch (mind you I had told him I was in the middle of a crisis). I politely asked him to email the quote for a one time treatment of ants and spiders. To my surprise, instead of an email he texted me stating that he chose to text me instead of email me because he knew I was in a crisis (how is a text less intrusive!). To make matters worse, he was not texting the quote I requested but was asking if he could return with his manager to evaluate my crawl space for a quote for encapsulation. That was on June 10th. I never responded and never heard from him again. This is the worst customer service I have experienced all year. I am attaching his text as a photo. You can’t make this stuff up. I have since called another company who came right out, treated for pests same day, and I’m now on their quarterly plan at the technician’s (who gained my trust) recommendations.
Assignment is to eradicate a yellow jacket nest with two entrances at the top and bottom of the house siding seam. The lower entrance was treated with a dry powder and effectively stopped the use of that entrance. The upper entrance was treated with a liquid from a can that was difficult to effectively aim the nozzle directly into the entrance. Spray was applied during first and second applications. There was an initial reduction of yellow jacket activity but activity seems to have returned to normal levels. I'm hesitant to authorize the third treatment if the results can't be guaranteed to improve. Third treatment has been completed. The powder was utilized on the upper nest entrance and has effectively stopped all activity and both entrances now. We are satisfied with the results.
we've been using summit for 6 months now. they have been great with scheduling. with the person that comes out it all depends on who it is and how knowledgeable and nice they are. the first person was okay, he went through things quickly. but our most recent service, the guy listened, was thorough and even left us extra glue pads. I also appreciate that I can call them about issues before a service and they can tailor to my needs.

The staff and the technicians were professional and polite excellent customer service but I'm not quite happy with the whole experience because my mole problem is still there. I think that for what I paid and what company offers they should actually offer a better treatment plan I had to buy my own moles spikes and for what I paid and their solution moles spikes should come standard with the gummy worm treatment. I hope if the management at Summit Environmental Services read this maybe they should consider plans affordable treatment plans for moles that include adding the moles spikes at least the bare minimum needed for the property size . If the treatment plan included the ultrasonic mole spikes I would give them five stars but I had to come out of pocket in addition to paying for a treatment plan I find for the moles at least their solution of mole baits the gummy worms and no additional methods to get rid of the moles I find the price I paid a little high.

It is not about the person who came to do the service. My complaint is about the process, which I did not see any benefit from. Mice are still all over my house. The treatment that you put in did not work. I need to speak to someone to solve this issue.

This was my first experience with Summit pest control and I am very pleased with the service. Brian the tech did a very thorough job spraying my large yard and now 8 days later I still haven't been bit by a mosquito.
