Alex Canales conducted my Service appointment for today, 02/12/2026. I would like to mention what an excellent job Alex did. When he arrived, I let him know that my dog was blocked in the house and my property was as ready as I could get it after having 6-7 inches of ice in my backyard just days ago. Luckily, the weather allowed it to start to thaw out and melted about 2 inches of the snow by today for the appointment. I let him know that if needed, I have a snow shovel ready for him to use in the backyard to get the gate opened to get into my yard if he needed it, but the snow had melted enough for him to get in the yard without incident. It was still frozen enough to cause traction issues with shoes, and yet he still serviced the whole house as per the appointment. Checked the eaves for possible nests and spiderwebs. And all around did an excellent job servicing my property. After the service was completed, Alex met with me to go over what he did and notified me of any areas of concern that might need to be looked at in the near future. He was also explaining how the seal under my door might be an attraction to termites in the future, and I told him that it had already been reported to me, and I intend to replace it when I have the opportunity. Alex also took notice of the underpinning I did for my shed with the lattice work over top of the wire mesh I installed to keep anything larger than a 1/4" from being able to get underneath my shed. He said it was a really nice job, which made me feel good that my work was noticed as well. Alex does excellent work, and that goes along with Sigma, who has always done a complete and thorough job when servicing my property.

Technicians arrived on time. Upon arrival. Alex introduced himself and another technician and asked if I needed anything else done besides the normal work. I asked him if he would treat a certain area and he promptly did. Alex explained exactly what they were going to do and did so in a very professional manner. Sigma has been my go to for pest control for many years. I have tried several other contractors, but Sigma is by far the best.

We switched to Pest Proof recently after finding pest issues that our previous company missed. Our first service was conducted by Michael. He was very nice and explained what he was doing that day. Our larger issue was taken care of by Bo and Bruce, who were also very nice, and kept in communication over the days they were working on our home.
Technician, David Kemp, was wonderful! Great communication and details of work summarized. Very professional and personable, and completed work in a very timely fashion....
The technician was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions about the service provided! I'd recommend 10/10.

Be careful signing the contract. If you have someone living in the property with health issues and you need to cancel, they will come after you for the entire amount, even though they did nothing to earn the money.

When we called them and asked for spider treatment they just never showed up and all they did was waste my time and money

Exceedingly poor customer service and dishonest. Some time ago we asked that they only use green/organic products and not use anything on our bee garden. Then come to find out they kept using the same products, and spayed where we specifically said not to, killing everything in the bee garden. For almost a year we continued to pay full price for them to do nothing but the cobweb dusting before deciding to cancel service entirely. Rather than being the least bit apologetic, they were aggressive and are determined to continue charging us. Toxic company - stay away.

We're not dishonest, you don't know what you signed up for. Your accusations are inconsistent with the service tickets. The office tried to explain your multi-tiered service plan that -you- signed up for and canceled portions of it. You were too busy talking over her to receive any information. Your intent today was simply to yell and get your way, which you didn't. Running to review sites doesn't change anything. Hope your day gets better. The previous owners were amazing. Since they sold a year ago, the business and owner is rude and unprofessional. I have bugs everywhere and when the issue was brought to their attention, I was told I was wrong. Terrible service at this point. Disappointing.
Wow it’s concerning to see the discrepancy regarding my balance after our recent conversation. It’s a clear attempt to discredit and manipulate information to portray a more favorable image. Whether there was a balance or not (and there isn’t according to you), attempting to share customer information is unethical and goes against fair business practices. (Updated after their response)

Dominic charged me $299 to treat a flea problem in my small townhouse. He ensured me that I would see a noticeable difference after the treatment. After the treatment, there was no difference and I was still getting bitten by the fleas. Dominic said that if the flea problem persisted that they would treat the house again for free. I called and emailed Dominic and the company numerous times and got no response. I got so fed up that I called Orkin and they actually gave me the correct treatment and immediately took care of the flea problem. I was finally able to sleep again without being eaten alive by the fleas. I am happy for everyone who had a positive experience with this company, but if you have a flea problem, go with a big-name company like Orkin because they stand by their word, promises, and contract.

I am truly sorry on how the situation was handled. We strive to to provide excellent service in all capacities and we did anything but that. You will be receiving a full refund, as you did not receive the results you had paid for. We have learned from this experience and will do better in the future.
Very upset the appointment was from 5:30 to 630 5 o’clock I got a message saying that the service was already done try to call the business to see if they went inside because that was the main reason for visit not a happy person.
Ryan is polite and uses shoe covers... But the service was very quick.
Breached contract, unprofessional and failed to fix the Spider problems on my patio and fleas in my house, blamed me on the reasons they were still there. Did not honor 30 day warranty. Hung up on me when trying to contact, and basically took my money, did not want to honor warranty and the Year contract I signed up with. He made several inappropriate comments related to about family members. Would not hire for the simple fact that he doesn't have customer service and doesn't like to be told he did not perform as expected. Had no personal issues with this company only related to his services offered. I reported this to FTC because he threatened legal action for simply doing review of services I hired for. This is a honest review and am not lyingHe's cheap with his product . The second time he came to my house i noticed nothing different. He's scams you on to think i your crazy by putting glue traps to determine if there are fleas. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY A COMPLETE WASTE TIME. Also he shares inappropriate details about his life. A single mom of a toddler you'd think this company had common decency .

It is unfortunate that virtually none of what is being said here is even remotely true. A full refund was given in an attempt of good faith, but it apparently wasn’t enough.
