I called this company out to deal with squirrels in my attic. The technicians said the squirrels had run out when they came upstairs and sealed off the areas where they had originally come in. After they left I heard a squirrel gnawing for hours in the attic. I called the company and they came back two days later after the squirrel chewed a very large hold in the side of my roof. Technician arrived before the allotted 4 hour window of time and only completed half of the job. (Inside and outside of the house) Called the office to have the technician return, since I had gotten home from work about 30 minutes after they left. The office said they would look into it and call me “right back”. Didn’t hear anything from them until the following day. Total joke. We had a wasps nest in the wall at our new house that needed to be removed immediately. When we called, I was told they could take care of it immediately when they sent someone out. A guy named Bryce shows up who says he is a sales guy and not an exterminator. My wife said he was there for less than two minutes. She tried showing him a video of what we were finding but Bryce seemed very uninterested and was just trying to rush out. No inspection was even done. He just took a picture
