Horrible experience. I entered a 12 month contract in good faith with a wood house so insects are a major concern. The first two visits were on schedule, and after that bugs remained, they did not honor their warranty and after several no-shows, I thought I had canceled my contract in September. Lo and behold I get a text message. They’re coming out to spray my house again in the middle of November. I reached out and explained to them that they never got rid of the bugs. They Con you into a contract and won’t let you cancel even if their work isn’t even close to what was promised!! All I get is “if you cancel you owe $270.40”. I’m not even sure they have any real chemicals because when they supposedly spray my house for spiders they are back in a day or two.
