Love Mosquito Joe they have been servicing our yard for a few years now and they are very responsive to any concerns. Lovely to be in the yard with our mosquitoes and definitely no ticks. Thank you to the team for taking care of us.

We love Mosquito Joe! We went from our dog having 17 ticks a day on her body and me with many mosquito bites daily (since I am like mosquito bait), to ZERO. I don't want to get West Nile virus or Lyme disease so we want these pests eradicated from our yard. The Mosquito Joe team always notifies us before arrival and snaps a yard photo and send it when they leave to prove the treatment has been done. We pre-pay for the season so we get a 10% discount. We are satisfied customers!

Techs are always polite and efficient when treating our yard. Very happy with “no mosquitos.”

The techs are very respectful of our property and careful to close all gates so our dogs don’t get loose. I appreciate The text and email reminders too along with the photos sent of my yard to verify they’ve been to my house!

Awesome service from the scheduler to the technician. The technician is very responsive and explains everything; he does a phenomenal job.

We really like having a mosquito free yard. My husband works in the yard a lot, and I am so glad he has gotten only one or two bites last year or so far this year. We also count on the flea and tick control, as we have two very active dogs. MJ is expensive, but we feel it is definitely worth it. Great company and service. I live in a wooded area and was never able to sit on my deck and enjoy the backyard until I found mosquito joes. They were great at communicating when they would spray and it always worked great. We’ve been using them for years.

Used this service all Summer 2023 with no issue. In 2024, it has now turned sketchy. First the people put me on automatic respray without my consent and now they came 5 days ago and we are now are inundated with a swarm of mosquitos. Definitely not worth the $75/3 weeks as last summer. I even tried to call and have them come back out only to be offered for them to retreat my home at 50% of the cost. And somehow the lady Ashley tried to blame us for still having mosquitos. Please tell me where in America I need to repay when the job wasn't done properly the first time. !!!You have been warned!!!

A treatment that really works. The person who treats my yard is professional and communicates with me and ensures he takes care of any concerns I have.

They arrived on time and the Tech was knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to familiarize himself with our property, gardening and pets and we devised a treatment plan to fit our needs. Pricing is phenomenal (we are older folks on a budget) and the office staff are personable and efficient whenever I call! We normally start our Mosquito Joe treatments in May but this year the ticks arrived mid April. I called them and they came out within a matter of days! AND if you have any issues between sprays they will come back out for free! We have been using Mosquito Joes for 4 years now and I have nothing but praise for the Company and its employees!

They put up signs saying welcome back outside…. Lol …. It wasn’t good for me … I can get the same results with products from Home Depot

I would love to say I have had just as good experience as others. I stopped using this company after the first 2 years as they started to get lazy and not treat my yard properly. then I decided to give them one last shot this year and yet again caught them on video spraying for 30 second the front of my house and the garage area and that was it. I feel this company has taken my money and not performing the services they stated they would. I have tried to talk to the owner with no luck and the people I do talk to tell them they will have the tech that was at my house call me to explain what they did do and I caught the kid in lies as I have him on video so nothing was solved there then I had a lady call me to state she was upset how I was treated and assured me I was not the only one that was having these issues and to tell me that someone that was covering for the owner would probably be calling me and I never heard from anyone. Then the next spray they did everything they were supposed to and then after that they sprayed for 30 seconds again as I watched them and then took off.. I will not be using them next year. I work way to hard for my money for people to steal it from me.

If they sprayed like they were Supposed to the stuff works!! Victor there tech is amazing he does an awesome job. If you use the company I would request him!!

Don't bother requesting a specific time, because they only come when it is convenient for them. The staff will gladly argue with you and tell you they are right if there is a problem. Respray? Forget it. If you get one, you forfeit future resprays for an amount of time determined by them. The product they spray seems to he somewhat effective, but their customer service is horrible. Teenage punks with bad attitudes doing the spraying, and manager/owner thinking they can talk back to their customers and get away with it. Steer clear of this awful company.

Didn't contract with them simply because they didn't seem knowledgeable.

Well, we just started receiving your services - your technicians that came out to treat our yard were very nice, respected our grounds, and were willing to take the time to answer all of our questions! They were well groomed and polite!! The email reminders are awesome!!! We are eagerly awaiting our second treatment as there are still issues, but understand that it takes up to three visits! We also like the fact that your treatment is pet friendly and only need to wait about 30 minutes before turning the dogs outside.
