I contacted this company as well several others when my family noticed definite signs of multiple birds in the exterior vents on our home. A gentleman named Tyler Mcvey was scheduled to provide us with a free estimate. Not only did he remove the birds and nest they started but found entryways in our foundation that lead to our basement which is overly cluttered and not used much. He found mice droppings and snake skins after explaining the holes on our NEW home were a common thing. My family is so relieved that from top to bottom of our house was inspected and handled efficiently amd humane! Thank you Tyler amd team in office! Happy NOVA residents now.

We are very disappointed to their front office! I called last Thursday at 2:41pm to make an appointment, which they gave me today, Wednesday 10am-12pm. Both I and my husband took today off. But the technician never came. I called the office again, the lady told me the appointment should be last Thursday 10am-12pm. How could they schedule me an appointment before I call them? We wasted both of our working day and waited for nothing!

When my partner and I bought a big broken down 95 year old house we anticipated some animal damage, but not a raccoon infestation serious enough to require ripping out all the attic ceilings. Areas of feces 2" thick, plaster soaked through, etc. It was a biohazard site. After a thorough inspection, EnviroGuard sealed up potential points of entry. My partner and I handled the actual demo in full PPE, leaving rooms full of debris that we're not equipped to handle. Then Tyler and his crew really showed their mettle, going well beyond just removing the material and disinfecting. It would take too long and set unhelpful expectations to go into everything they did, but we threw so much at this company: Did more demo that created more mess. Found new pockets of fouled material, and exposed additional potential animal entry points. Requested an unreasonable deadline halfway through. Tyler and Jessica handled it all with the deepest kind of professionalism: genuinely polite and personable while getting the job done with a minimum of fuss for us. From the initial estimate to shaking hands on a job well done, I felt full confidence that they were parters with us and for us. Seems like Tyler's favorite phrase was "no problem," and he just kept proving that our issues really were no problem for his team. Where other companies might execute tasks off a checklist so they could bill, the EnviroGuard folks worked hard and thought creatively toward making our house secure, safe, and clean. That much work wasn't cheap, but it was incredibly valuable. We paid each invoice happily, feeling almost like we took advantage of them at that price. In 25 years as a hands-on residential architect I've worked with several dozen contractors in different trades. The EnviroGuard crew are very solidly among the best I've ever worked with, no question at all. We had big problems which they solved quickly for a very fair price, smiling the whole time. That's why I'm giving them ten stars by posting this review in two states - because they earned every star. And because our house no longer smells like raccoon urine and rotted fish.

EnviroGuard Solutions promptly answered my call and sent a technician out right away. Tyler Camacho arrived right on time and checked out my situation. He sent me a written estimate while he was at my house. He found a yellow jacket nest in my crawl space. He came back two hours later and removed the nest. He was very polite, professional and capable. I would use their services again.

I live in a high-rise with occasional mouse trouble. I called EnviroGuard for help blocking off the places where mice were getting into my unit, and getting rid of the mice that did get in.
