Canceled our pest control service after the woman calling us to collect the quarterly payment was extremely rude and unprofessional. Was very surprised by this as it had never happened previously. However, Steve has been great.

Was referred by my realtor and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service. Will continue to use for my maintenance program.

I hired a previous company for my issue. It helped. They were more expensive though and I still had a slight rodent problem afterwards. I was ready to give up and sell my house, but my boyfriend convinced me to give this company a try. Eric came out and was wonderful. Very professional and seemed knowledgeable. He was even willing to move appliances to look for points of entry into the kitchen and plug the holes. The other company wouldn't touch appliances at all. He also put down poison throughout the house and loaded up my attic with it. The mice are supposed to eat off of it a while until they eventually leave the house looking for water and die. It actually worked! I was so fearful of them dying in my walls and stinking up the house. This can happen, but I was told it isn't likely. It has been a couple of months now. No signs of mice and no smells! This entire issue had me leave my home and stay with family. I don't do mice or bugs! I had been so paranoid. I am excited to have my home back though. Beyond thrilled. Definitely a happy camper. I definitely recommend this company.

This is our second year using them. Great experience. The first year worked wonders. This year, it didn't work as planned, we called back today, 3 weeks post treatment, they are coming out next week for a courtesy treatment. Never had a bad experience with them. Very kind and professional.

Poor customer service and lack of office management oversight for planning. When someone sets a time for an appointment - you need to keep that and they didnt. Sure, I am giving one star becuase of my experience over the phone, but I called them twice to make this happen and they failed. Honestly just stick with a local smaller business and you will be much happier- like Sigma Pest Control or other local pest control businesses.

Junior is great, comes on Saturday to accommodate our schedules and always checks everything and keeps our house bug free.

I have bugs and spiders that make their way inside but figure the treatment keeps them to a minimum. What I can’t stand with this business is their scheduling process. You get a call the night before they come out to tell you a time frame. Uh - no! I stupidly paid for a year in advance and will not be renewing my contract. I need someone who can give me more than 12 hours notice so I don’t have to plan a whole day of waiting at home.

The WORST! Best advice I can give USE someone else. They come every couple weeks and we are STILL infested with bugs. The service man comes whenever is convenient for him taking no care for our schedule as the customer. He leaves notes on the door saying he serviced us yet we never see him provide the service and we don't see any results from the service. I have no IDEA how these folks stay in business like this. DONT DO IT.

We've had a contract with Colony Pest Control for a number of years and have appreciated the service very much. Today I called to ask about having Colony Pest Control come out and treat the very aggressive yellow jackets and their nests we discovered in our yard. I explained that our son had recently had a very severe allergic reaction to some yellow jacket stings (911, ambulance, ER, etc!) and we were very interested in quick treatment of the nests. After a few moments I received a call back from our regular treatment professional and he indicated he was on his way to my house. It was late Friday afternoon! I was so grateful. He arrived and very patiently and professionally handled the nests. He explained the treatment, the followup and more. He was also stung by one of the very aggressive wasps while working. In spite of the sting, he was able to continue to treat and manage our issues. I'm so grateful to Junior for coming out, staying with the treatment plan and reassuring us that we will get control of these wasps. I'm very grateful to Colony Pest Control.
