Aspenn Environmental Services

I have been working with Aspenn for over 5 years and they have performed extremely well at my home. After our first service provided by Aspenn we noticed an immediate difference. Their knowledge of pest services is abundant and it shows. We appreciate the excellent quality service provided by Aspenn and would recommend them to anyone.

This company fraudulently billed me for services not rendered for bug spray and continued to harrass me long after being asked in writing to stop. There is also question about better business bureau validity as the representative from BBB couldn't find a contact number for a real person.

Aspenn Environmental Services was once a good company. However, lately they've become a shake-down company. In late October of 2014, I paid Aspenn $99.00 for spraying insecticide on my lawn during the month of October 2014. In early November 2014, I received a delinquency notice from Aspenn Environmental Services. I checked with the bank and the check cleared six-days after it was received by Aspenn Environmental Services. I tried calling the local Aspenn Environmental Services office several times, but never received a call-back. I did, however, receive a second delinquency notice from Aspenn Environmental Services in late November. I called the local Aspenn Environmental Services office once more, and told them that the check had cleared and if they didn't call me back within 24 hours, I would discontinue their services. (I did so, in a registered letters dated 02 December 2014, which I sent to both the home office in New Jersey and Fredericksberg, Virginia.) On 9 December 2014, the Aspenn Environmental Services called my home and tried to schedule another spraying. I told him about the registered letters and asked him never to call again. On 24 December 2014, I received a bill from Aspenn Environmental Services, stating that they had sprayed my yard on 13 December (Saturday). They never sprayed my yard on 13 December 2014. Please don't use Aspenn Environmental Shake-down Services.
