Terrible company. Ned Stevens continues to spam me with emails, mail flyers, and texts 3 years after I clearly have told them I no longer want their services. I paid over a $1000 for annual gutter cleaning. Told them ahead of time before signing contract that I had gutter helmets and they said no problem. On their first visit they dented my expensive gutters in 3 places with their ladders and then told me they couldn't fully clear my gutters due to the gutter helmets. Seriously? They never clea
