Terrible company, they burnt my lawn 2 times. When we try to communicate with the operations manager Anthony we could never reach him by phone only email, that is very rare where a buissness you can't ever reach a manager by phone. We switched companies and my lawn looks greener even in the colder weather
We had used a national company previously, and they were a disaster. Although I met with several of their people who came out to do work, they could not understand (and actually argued with me about) the boundaries of our property. I had one conversation with Andrew at Lawn Doctor, during which I used software to mark our property lines. Super easy, and from day one, Lawn Doctor has treated the entire property, and every summer, the lawn looks great. They have done our weed control and fertilizer treatments, and fall core aeration for several years, and we’re delighted with them. They always come when they say they will, and are flexible if we need to make a change. Highly recommended this company for a thick, beautiful, worry-free lawn.
We’ve used lawn doctor for years and plan to continue to use them. Excellent service, staff and ownership.
I’ve been using Lawn Doctor for over a decade and am very pleased with them. They are professional and always show up on time. I use them not only for fertilizer, but also for power seeding. They are definitely superior to most other local lawn services. I would highly recommend them.
Lawn worse than when they started. After a cycle I tried to cancel, they promised better service so I gave them another chance, the lawn got worse. Waste of money and time.

I love Lawn Doctor. I have used their services since the 70's. They are receptive to questions and is willing to do what I want and can change things around when necessary. My yard looks fabulous and the best on the street! Way to go Lawn Doctor.

For several years, we used Scotts Lawn Service which became TrueGreen in our area. While there was definitely an improvement over not having any lawn treatment at all, I just didn't feel like the service from them was geared toward treating each lawn according its individual needs and so, our lawn just didn't seem its best (missed/neglected areas, recurring problem areas). Sort of like generic service. In 2020 we switched to Lawn Doctor. On the initial visit/estimate, I pointed out the problem areas that just never seemed to get better. The visit was conducted by the owner himself, Mr. Lawless who was very attentive and thorough. And four years later, we have such a beautiful lawn - the envy of our cul-de-sac. Every inquiry I have ever made (from lawn service to account/payment issues) to Lawn Doctor has been responded to immediately - usually an email or call from Mr. Lawless himself. And always a follow up. Not one issue ignored or forgotten. We are so very happy with Lawn Doctor and appreciate them so much.

I have used Lawn Doctor for a number of years of care for my front yard lawn. The Spring Grass is especially green and perfect, eliciting raves from people passing by. The Staff has always been attentive and responsive. I have been very pleased with their service.

I’ve been using Lawn doctor now for the past two years after switching from the previous Yard service provider. With that being said, lawn doctor, has addressed any issues that I pointed out to them and made a significant improvement in my lawn care, Health. We had a great experience with Lawn Doctor of Montgomery County, but it went downhill when they switched us to this office. We ended up cancelling after one season and I would not recommend for the price or quality of service.

I needed new lawn service so I called around to get quotes. This was the only company who never answered the three times I called and never called back when I left a message. Hmmmm
Stay away! They up charge like crazy and my grass is in terrible shape after 12 months of service.

Thank you for your feedback and we can appreciate your concern with the lawn. There have been no up charges, your account was placed on hold since August due to lack of payment. We had been performing a basic maintainer program which is the minimum that a lawn needs along with proper watering and mowing to achieve results. We like to build a strong relationship with our customers to do the services necessary to establish a thick, healthy and weed free lawn. Given that we have not serviced the lawn since August due to the delinquent balance on the account and the period of drought we are dealing with, the lawn is struggling but we would like to help if given another opportunity. As explained when you signed up, this process typically takes two years of doing the full program, especially given the state of your lawn when we started. In 2017, we had you service our lawn mower as you had the previous year. This year, I find the blade does not uniformly cut the lawn, the mower is difficult to start and it sounds like the engine is laboring to cut the lawn. Not at all satisfied with the service.
