Mosquito Shield of Dulles

My parents asked me to write this review because Jair and Jay truly exceeded expectations. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough with their service. They not only treated the property but took the time to explain what they were doing and shared helpful tips on how to minimize mosquito breeding areas. Since their visit, we haven’t had a single bite—it’s made such a noticeable difference! Their work has given us peace of mind and made our outdoor space enjoyable again. Highly recommend Mosquito Shield of Dulles and especially Jair and Jay for their outstanding service!

I should have know better than to hire this company. They put up ugly signs to advertise, and never take them down - the result being that they invariably get blown away and become litter. Obviously any company that sprays toxic chemicals for a living isn't too concerned about the environment, so I guess it's no surprise. EDIT: The sign is still sitting there 2 months later.

My tech arrived at the set time. Very polite and professional. Took his time. There was no sense of hurry to get it done. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. My ants are doomed! ;-)

Thank you for another great year of protection against those pesky mosquitos. I love gardening and your service has enable me to fully enjoy being in my garden!!! See you again next year!

I am very allergic to a mosquito bite. I truly appreciate spraying every 2+ weeks. It means the difference of a descent summer with a miserable one. Thank you for helping me.

Mosquito Shield was always prompt and thorough every 2 weeks to provide our scheduled service. I lived in this house for 38 years unable to enjoy my backyard because I am a mosquito magnet. Since I started using their services four years ago, you can't get me or my grandchildren out of the backyard. I wish this service was available YEARS ago, but I'll never go another season without them!!

Tried several companies, this is the only one worth a damn. Great responsiveness and customer service!!

For years we couldn't enjoy our front porch or backyard because the mosquitoes were eating us up. We had spent a lot of money on our patio and BBQ area and wanted to be able to enjoy sitting outside and working in our flower gardens without being bitten. Mosquito Shield of Dulles is amazing. When they spray -- you don't see a mosquito and you aren't wearing greasy mosquito sprays to be able to enjoy your yard. It's amazing! We found ourselves cooking out on the grill more because it was enjoyable.

Leaving ads on our property without permission is really bad business. I would never recommend anyone spray chemicals in their yards to prevent mosquitos because it’s harmful for your family and the environment. If the bugs are bothering you search for solutions that do not involve chemicals. This company needs to learn how to respect peoples property. Stop littering and leaving paper signs in places that are not your property. It’s not legal in Virginia. Edit: branch manager Brendon trynna insult my intelligence saying their sign may have blown into our yard from a customers yard and that their sprays are mostly garlic juice. Obviously they use pesticides and they placed the sign in my yard because it’s at the entrance of the neighborhood.

They reduced the number of pesky mosquitos around the pool. Was a great season this year.

I thought I would never be able to reduce the amount of mosquitos in my yard - but you did it. This is a very responsive company and will come and do an extra treatment when asked. I love them!

I was skeptical but “WOW” was I surprised. Not a bite one as I watched my neighbors just feet away deal with being attacked. Enjoyed our yard all season long with piece of mind. Thank you Mosquito Shield, we’ve already renewed for next year!!

My kids and I were suffering with these EXTREMELY itchy bites every time we would play outside in our yard. We think it was due to some sort of mite (not mosquitoes or chiggers). Several people in our neighborhood were dealing with the same thing except one neighbor that used Mosquito Shield. We decided to try it out even though we knew mosquitoes were not the issue. I talked with Brendon about the issue we were having and he was pretty confident the mosquito treatment would take care of it. After one treatment, we only got 1-2 bites among us all. And haven’t had another bite since! So grateful to be able to enjoy our yard again thanks to Mosquito Shield!!

My backyard is very swampy and mosquitoes were horrible as soon as the weather got warmer. I've had the Mosquito Shield service for the past two summers and have literally had zero mosquitoes. The tick treatment is another bonus as we have plenty of deer in our yards and we spend a lot of time in the back yard. Excellent service!

Great service and the product really works!

We have been using Mosquito Shield of Dulles for a couple of summers now. It is a fantastic service. Prior to their service, we could not enjoy nor work in the yard because of the biting bugs. Mosquito Shield has been a terrific remedy for our biting bug problem. It is so nice to be able to walk, sit, work, eat outside and be able to enjoy our outdoor areas without getting eaten alive by bugs. Brendan and his crew have been fantastic to work with. They are very easy-going and responsive. They are available to answer any question/s we may have. I highly recommend Mosquito Shield of Dulles.

Was only setting a few times. I feel like later in the summer it was less effective.Seemed pretty good for this summer season.

Mosquito Shield has been servicing our backyard for last two years and we are extremely happy and satisfied. They do a good job, very professional, on time and best customer service. Branch manager Brandon O’Toole is the best. Recently, we were going to have my daughters graduation party and asked them to retreat couple days before and without any hesitation, my yard was serviced again.
