Raven Termite and Pest Control

They're great. I have the quarterly plan with them and they really do just come back out if you need them to. I also like that they're local and reasonably priced. They've also never tried to oversell me stuff.

This review is late but I'm writing based on service we recieved in April. Was have some remodeling done on my sunroom when the crew noticed signs of previous termite damage in the walls. Called around for a few quotes/inspections. When Raven came out to inspect, Troy Wilson was patient, thorough and professional. He let us know our options for mitigation of any further termite intrusion and the packages/pricing was more than fair. We've been more than satisfied with the work done and the guarantee that's covered. Would use Raven again in a heartbeat!

Very knowledgeable but I feel like I was not getting the services I was needing for pests. After following all instructions and using them for over a year, I found myself with continued pests and same results. I would not recommend if you want immediate or long term results.

Joe was condescending, barely sprayed, and refused to treat areas I pointed out. A frustrating and unprofessional experience—would not recommend.

My friend specifically recommended Troy to me to assess the mice situation in our home. This was the second pest control company I called out as the previous one didn't find any access points. Troy was able to identify multiple access points throughout our home and treated them. He was efficient and professional, would definitely recommend him!

I am so humbled and impressed by the professionalism and consideration I encountered when I contacted this company for a termite inspection. I needed a termite inspection prior to selling our house, however, our closing date was unexpectedly moved up. I desperately reached out to our current pest provider, who was unable to accommodate my request. I then reached out to the first few that popped up on my Google search, none of which could help either! I saw the high reviews for Raven Termite and Pest Control and decided to reach out. Not only could they do the inspection the very next day, but they were able to email the results to me almost immediately. The owner himself came out to do the inspection and was friendly and thorough. My only regret is that, because we are moving, we can't make them our regular pest control company. Highly recommend, incredibly accommodating and professional, kind and courteous. Thank you!!

If you're not using Raven Pest Control, then you're missing out and probably getting less value for money. Their service, expertise, communication, flexibility, etc. All of it is just a conpletely different level from any company we have used before. Highly recommend.

We've been using Raven for about 2 years, and I am incredibly impressed with their service and the effectiveness of their products. Joe is incredibly responsive and impressively knowledgeable. We've had quarterly sprays and rodent control as well as mosquito spraying for almost two years. They've come into the house to spray if any issues pop up, and Joe dealt with a wasp nest that had just been built. I'm not sure how to spell her name, but his office person who handles appointments and billing is so friendly and joyful sounding! I'd love to meet in her person some time, because she seems like a fun personality.

Great Prices and excellent service!

What a friendly and affordable company! They were "short staffed" so the owner actually came out to do our spray. Now that is called customer service. He went over what he found and explained what would happen. Very pleased with this service and will use them again!

Recommend! Used them when I first bought my home and now for regular treatments. I live downtown & rarely see bugs and definitely never had a rat/mouse issue. + Ask for Christian, he was super nice.

Chris, our technician, has helped us with both bat exclusion and recently diagnosed some mouse activity around our house. He has been extremely knowledgeable and communicates each situation and potential solutions clearly. We have been very pleased with the work he’s done, the ease and flexibility of the scheduling process, and the overall quality of the experience this company provides. And the rates really can’t be beat.

I've utilized Raven's services three times now, once when selling a house and twice now for my new home. They were courteous, professional, and focused on performing the essential services at the best value and effectiveness for me as their customer. I even tried to tip on a free consult which saved me money and the entemologist, Joe, informed me that he was the owner and that nothing like that was necessary. The call center was able to schedule an inspection/estimate that met my needs. My technician, Carl, called prior to arriving and was very prompt. Carl is a perfect living characterization of a professional. He is an expert in his field, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with, explaining the plan to treat my home and answering all of my questions. I decided to contract Ravens based on my confidence found in Carl being the technician. So far, I am two out of four services in and we have not seen anymore vole and mole activities. My yard is once again “prestigious.” Thank you Raven Termite and Pest Control but most of all thank you Carl for doing an awesome job.
