The fact that BBB has this company as an A+ rating is an embarrassment. This is a dishonest scam. I have been under "contract" since June of 2024. They clearly state if you are not satisfied they will retreat "free of charge". I have done this twice and both time they just move up the next billable appointment, so there is NEVER a retreat. I have nothing to say about this company's ability to provide reliable services, however. When some guy comes knocking at my door at 8:30 p.m., I tend to take issue with that.
