I must say his exterminating services are unmatched. I have been receiving services from him for the past two years. The first time he came out, he went from room, to room, addressing all problems. He does a touchup every six months and we have not seen a rodent since his first visit.

We used their services a few weeks ago. Down to earth and professional.

Jermaine did a great job handling a rodent problem for us. He answered my call on a Saturday afternoon and made an appointment to assess the issue and set traps on a Holiday. He quoted me a great price on the phone, explained the entire process, showed up on time, and was very professional. He took extra precautions in setting traps so our dog wouldn't be able to get to them. I highly recommend Jermaine and Sock Em Exterminators.

He is the best he just don't come in and spray and go in and look around he inspects and he get the job done. Make sure you call him if you have a problem because now my problem is gone!!!!!!!!

Jermaine was incredible for a small mouse infestation at my home. He was kind and thorough. He talked me through the process of what types of traps he was using and what would be safe locations for my pets. I highly recommend him for any services you need!

I’ve had cockroaches and mice for a months and the landlord sent someone out to spray but only for the cockroaches with no results. Sockem came out and they were gone the same day without damaging anything. Friendly and very thorough. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Jermaine, he is very profesional, knowledgeable and has an excellent customer service. I have been trying on my own to get rid of a mouse with no success. Jermaine comes in and the next day the mouse was caught. I called in and was able to schedule an appointment immediately. He confirmed my appointment, arrived on time, and went through the property to properly set traps. This is the second property that I used his services and highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Sock’em Pest Control for their highly professional and effective service.I don’t know what he has in that sprayer but it works. It doesn’t even smell weird and my pets aren’t affected. Since I have had service I don’t experience any more ants , spiders or other pests.

Very rude on the phone ended the call on my face no regards or care for a veteran I do not recommend this company to no one especially if your a veteran for our country.

I try to always use black owned businesses whenever possible. I knew somone creating a website with local back owned businesses and after my first visit with Sock'em, I asked this business to be added to the site with a great review. Shortly asked that this be recalled and taken down. I had Jermaine come out for treatment in our home. He was very kind and came to spray and lay traps with his son. After that, I never saw him again. I decided to lay my own traps and was much more successful than what I had paid Sock Em Pest to accomplish. His reason for not showing was because of family matters, which I completely understand. However, unless the family matters have persisted almost 4 weeks later, theres no excuse as to why he never followed up to reschedule after 2 different attempts. Despite wanting to use a black owned company, and going out of my way to do so, I have turned to Terminix for my quarterly home maintenance and I urge those interested in a guaranteed pest solution at an affordable price to try the same.

I called and left a voicemail and never heard back. A real shame, as I was hoping to support what seemed to be a black-owned business.

Very grateful to have found Sock'em Pest Control! Jermaine is incredibly responsive and efficient. He came to our office the day after I called (based on Google reviews in the area), set traps and then followed up about 5 days later. Our vermin was caught! Problem solved. He said he'd keep in touch to see if we need another visit. Overall, very friendly guy, very professional and most importantly... very effective! Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Sock'em to get rid of your pest issues!

I hired him months ago for mice and it was a success I have never seen a mouse in my house again and yesterday I hired him for cockroaches and it was a success I recommend him 100%, a good human being and honest and fumigating is the best 100% really happy

Forget the over the counter remedies and gimmicks. Call Sock'em..He did the job. Slowed them down, died off and haven't seen any after 1 week. A follow up to prevent any returns and then every 6 months for peace of mind. Great job Sock'em.

The guy was very nice... Came in looked over the hole in some places. I'm not completely satisfied because my problem is not solved. As a single mother I don't have money to waste.... Kinda disappointed....
