They came. Sprayed around the kitchen and basement... 5 minutes later the guy was gone without notice. Then, 2 weeks later, even more roaches!! I feel like the guy that they sent did a lazy job because it was way too fast and didn't cover all areas. Now I'm stuck with even more of an infestation. I don't go by good reviews, I go by personal service. And we are not satisfied!

I cannot recommend Evans Pest Control highly enough. From the very first phone call, I knew I had made the right choice. The woman I spoke with was the reason I booked the appointment. She was so kind, patient, and helpful, and immediately put me at ease. She took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed or embarrassed. The price was also less than half of another quote I received, which made the decision even easier. My technician, Pedro, was just as wonderful. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly reassuring. I get very anxious about pests, and he treated me with kindness and respect from start to finish. He carefully inspected everything, explained what he was doing, answered all of my questions, and never tried to upsell me or make the situation sound worse than it was. This ended up being more of a preventative treatment, and I left feeling informed, reassured, and confident that my home was in good hands. If you’re looking for an honest, professional, and compassionate pest control company, I highly, highly recommend Evans Pest Control. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Pedro, for making what I thought would be a stressful experience such a positive one. :)

Amanda came right on time and listened to my problems with rodent control. She explained the consultation process very well. She did a thorough check of the property and gave me an assessment and proposed a plan moving forward. Service is expensive I think but if it resolves the issue then I will be very pleased.

Had a bedbug extermination on 6/13. The treatment did not resolve the problem as I'm still finding bedbugs. Spoke to Julia and she explained the process in detail. I am very happy with the quick response.

Very pleased with their services. They found the entry point for my mice, provided equipment to prevent mice from continuing to live in my residence, and were very friendly. I made it throughout the winter without mice returning, and I am very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone who has a mice problem.

I had a really great experience with Evans. My technician came early, listened to my concerns and did a thorough inspection. He also explained everything he did and suggested I do a follow up visit. Only thing different I would change, is that the company should let the customer know that paying in cash is preferred.

Booked this company . They came for inspection charges me $135.00 for a five minute inspection never called me back . Said they would be in touch it’s been two weeks no call yet or received a email regarding the inspection, and I’ve been calling goes to voicemail that is full . Horrible customer service take money from people without communication or follow up NEVER again will I use this company
