Rich just finished up a service visit to our home in West Mt. Airy, and I couldn't be happier with the work he did. We've had a mouse problem for several months that predictably got worse during the colder months. Rich came in and knew exactly where to look. Patched up some major entry points with copper wire and laid some bait in strategic areas. We had the inspector come out multiple times to help with a mouse problem. I was not confident with their service. Both time after they came out we still had problems. We are still seeing mice now even as it’s getting warmer, so the problem was clearly not fixed. Just absolutely unacceptable and bad service. Please take your business elsewhere.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and gave me the peace of mind I needed to make sure this issue is resolved asap. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
