We have a bat problem in our attic. We called Akita and they sent someone out. He said it will take up to 5 hours for him to write up their bid and get it sent over. This was February 12, it is now March 7. I have called and been sent to voicemail three times. After leaving a message with my issue, name, and number, no calls have been returned. I have also entered a concern in their help thing on their website and not heard a thing. I’m very disappointed. We chose them because they had the best

Fox Pest Control has a great subscription service and home servicing model. You pay an annual or monthly subscription fee and get quarterly pest inspections and treatments, along with a technician that will come out and service your home if there is an issues throughout the year. Evan has serviced my home a few times and is always very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough in his treatments. I have not had any other issues since they started treating my home.
