Allow me start off by saying this is a one stop shop…… The gentleman that assisted me took his time and showed me the best insecticide product for my outside patio, and entryways that wouldn’t harm my family and dog. I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations for what I figured I could have easily gotten from Home Depot/Lowe’s, well I was wrong. Not sure how long this business has been in its current location, but I’ll definitely be back and telling friends. Blueprint for repeat customers 1. Customer Service was welcoming and friendly 2. They educate you 3. There patient and listen to your needs/concerns 4. No one is going to just sell you anything you don’t need 5. Yes they want your money, but more importantly they want your repeat business Thank you, Peerless Pest Control!!!

They sold me Bs in a a bottle for $50 and ended up having to call a licensed exterminator. When I called the store to ask them why the product is not working they say I must’ve gotten a new infestations. (Good one! I’ll give her that one) please save money call a licensed exterminator.

Hi Angela, licensed exterminator here. I’m not certain what you bought but based on the price I can take a guess. The potential problem with the public using professional grade products is that there’s room for user error since you don’t go through the extensive training that we do. Although we try our best to provide detailed explanations of how to use the products we sell, and encourage our customers to ask questions until they feel fully confident, it’s ultimately the customer who is applying the product so we can’t be certain it’s used properly. We stand behind our products (as noted on our receipt) so it’s unfortunate you’ve decided to be dismissive of us and our products due to not immediately getting the results you expected. It’s common for homeowners to apply the products too often or too heavily (which always backfires) with the intention of speeding up the process. We’re here to help but sometimes it is best to hire a professional. Do note that roach infestation are often ingrained and can be recurring which is why you were told that could be the case and why exterminators offer recurring service plans, which I’m sure you were offered by whomever you hired. Best of luck with your infestation and we’re here to help if you change your mind!

The lady rude. Has no etiquette. And also dosen't do all treatments. Keep receipts.

Ms. Madison, I am sorry you had this experience. We tried to complete your service, but the home wasn't prepared for us to treat properly. I am also waiting on approval from an organization to move ahead with service. Once we get approval, we will be happy to complete your treatment.

Horrible, all the roaches when to basement (which wasn't don't), and under tables

Wynnae, I’m sorry to hear you are still seeing some roach activity. According to my records we were out for service just 3 days ago. Please give the treatment time to work before you judge the results as any infestation will take some time to improve. Feel free to reach out and give us a call with any issues you are having, we stand by our work and always aim to please.
The owner told me I’d have to pay a 200% higher price than what I’d been paying monthly because I didn’t return his wife’s (I assume she’s his wife, they are similar in age) calls to schedule an appointment. He said this was an UNWRITTEN POLICY that not returning their calls to schedule result in my fee going from $65 to $175 dollars. I explained that he seemed to be taking this personal and that this “fee” was not outlined on my prior receipts being that I had no contract. He said it’s unwritten & they’d be kind enough to put it on future receipts OF MINE. I told him I was unsatisfied and that this felt personal & unprofessional. He declined to service me again. They service the working class poor & im sure this bully tactic has worked in the past. I wouldn’t recommend them.

R Khgg, I’m sorry you feel this way. We are not trying to price gouge you. All pest control companies will charge a higher initial fee to cover initial costs and then discount the continued service. We tried to reach out to you for 4 months straight to schedule your monthly service (at the discounted rate) but had no luck contacting you or receiving a return phone call to let us know what was going on.<br><br>It is standard policy to charge a new initial fee if we do not service a property for more than 3 months in a row. The reason for this is because once so much time has past without receiving regular services, pest issues tend to build up and increase in severity. In order for us to get them under control again we have to spend more time and use more materials. The initial fee is what helps cover this cost. We cannot offer the discounted monthly rate to customers who want service every 4 months or as needed.<br><br>This was nothing personal and we do appreciate you as one of our customers. I’m sorry we could not see eye to eye on this issue. We do state our policy when people sign up for service, but I will take your feedback into consideration to improve the customer experience. Please try to return our calls or reach out to us next time if you cannot take service for an extended period of time.
Difficult to get a quote....woman Very incompetent and impatient when calling. Went elsewhere and received a quote over the phone without issues
