Had an excellent experience with Baxter. They identified problem spots for the mice issue. They offered escalating levels of interventions, we chose to start with a mid-level option sealing areas in our kitchen and common areas, but not entirely sealing the basement. In less than a month we were mice free. Great and friendly service at a reasonable price.

Within a short time the issue was completely handled and my friend hasn’t had any problems since. We have used this company a few times and they do great work. They were the only pest control company that I could find that does hole filling and sheet metal in addition to the traps. The technician was very thorough and did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable as well.

John at Baxter is far and away the best pest control technician we’ve ever had. He puts in the most effort to address the problem unique to your house. He has an incredible amount of knowledge and experience. He delivers peace of mind, that the problem will be addressed. Definitely worth going beyond a one time fix if you want to keep mice and bugs out more permanently. He has such a pleasant disposition and is always willing to go the extra mile, we’ve recommended Baxter to our friends and they mirror our sentiment.

If I could rate this place zero starts I would! I was given a timeframe and the tech showed up 1 hour and 45 minutes after the latest time given. Then threatened to leave because he got no answer. I had to make my nephew go to the truck, because he never knocked on the door, but took a picture of the door. The tech was in my home 10 minutes for rodents. He sprayed some peppermint water then claimed to set traps and block entryways. I saw no traps! They do return within 30 days, in case I find evidence. Of course I did so I called back. The same tech came back and did not knock on my door but took a picture. I have been waiting for hours at the door in my living room and this man never knocked!!!!! Now they are saying they can reschedule for 3 days from now!!!! Meanwhile I am catching the pests with $40 traps from Amazon! So PLEASE do NOT waste your hard earned money and time on this company. Choose a more reliable source that won’t take your money and spray peppermint water all around.

Not a happy customer. I waited at home for the appointment. No one showed up, no call or text. Called the office and the lady took the information. 45 minutes later still no tech or follow up? Really? Got a call or an email from the office to confirmed the appointment. It is super irritating!

This company was paid to complete the full service and did not. The technician came in moved our traps replaced it with theirs when we asked about closing up the holes the mice are coming in through he went on about how Baxter is a 5 star service but they were not paid that. We are renters I contacted the owners of where we rent and they advised they paid for the full service and sent an invoice to us for review. I called this company back placed the complaint and requested the tech come back to complete the job. He came back out alright with a huge attitude didn’t come all the way in advising that the owners needed to be present I asked why, he ignored me and called the owners yelling at them and refusing to complete the service. The owners advised they were never told they needed to be present. I called again left a complaint. They called me back advised the tech will be back another tech because I advised that one tech was angry yelling and made me nervous. Needless to say they never returned and have placed me and my Spouse on the block list. Beware of this company they were paid it was like 240 (originally before the edit I had incorrectly stated like 300 also stating it was like 280) something and he placed 4 traps literally in the same place I already had traps and did nothing else. That tech was rude I believe since this is a family owned company there is no fear of job termination and that is a huge issue as well in my opinion. We should have known there was going to be an issue since the first appointment we had they never showed and came a day later not to even complete the job. They placed us on the block list (when we called back to the number that returned my complaint call it goes straight to voicemail continually) Edit this company is calling me a scam I don’t understand what the invoice below means if nothing was paid. I have removed certain words used originally in this post since they are indeed my beliefs and I have full right to my opinions. However after being advised through a text from this company stating a final warning referring to my original post along with a 0.00 paid invoice and saying I could be sued for defamation I edited this review to state what I believe to be fact. If this company has refunded I have no issue stating so and removing this post. To date I have no knowledge of a refund to the amount below. Quote #11123 A deposit of $243.00 has been fully paid. Sent on 04/25/2025 Approved on 04/25/2025 • Approved Edit this company has sent proof of an invoice with the paid amount refunded just today 5/24/25 literally right now to me Nakia Terry while showing my actual address which is a Privacy issue in the response to my comments. As I stated I had no issue advising if a refund was sent and it was. The message sent to me via text is still advising defamation I shall leave this right here for proof that I did not defame this company. What I did was leave an honest review and when brought to my attention the money was refunded I edited my review to state such.

Horrible, In the beginning the relationship was mutual. The service was brought to a halt due to fact that the employee was unprofessional. Company refused to return my calls and refund. So please be very careful regarding your decision when you think about using this company .

They stink! They fail to show up for appointments, they did that to me twice! When you call and ask why, they are very rude, arrogant, and belligerent! When they finally did show up, they overcharged me, and didn’t address the problem. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!

A house 4 doors down from me was knocked down. I never had a rat in my home and now suddenly one appears. From the time I called Baxter Pest Control, the receptionist was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We had a great conversation with plenty of laughs. The only reason I gave Baxter a 4 star is because I had service on 7/8/18 and I am hope to see some type of result. The gentleman that came out was very nice. Always had a smile and very informative. Just from what I experienced with Baxter’s services I would highly recommend them again. Also, my house smells great from the peppermint oil spray they used.
