My mother been going to this store for years following her footsteps I started a few years ago traveling miles away to get the product that doesn’t work this is my second or third time purchasing this bug spray to get home & it’s broke spray bottle don’t work then on top of that the prices are extremely high for a product that doesn’t work bigger bottle went from $29.99 to $39.99 smaller $17.99 to $23.00 I will be returning soon as I get a ride

I’ve been a customer of Enterprise Exterminating for quite some time and have always been pleased with their service. However, the technician who came out on Tuesday truly went above and beyond. He was thorough, attentive, and took the time to address every area of concern. He even went the extra mile to ensure everything was done properly and explained each step along the way. It’s clear he takes great pride in his work. I greatly appreciate the professionalism and care that went into this visit — excellent service as always.

Seems like staff closes the store early when they feel like it. Makes it impossible to do a return. Actually not even sure if they take returns because staff told me I needed to bring the credit card used, then they told me they don't accept returns or exchanges. I hope the management reads this and improves service because I've used them in the past and they had good products and were friendly.

They are really good what ever they use For Rats was better than the health department poison 355 well spent you get 3 including the 1st visit and they come right out fast no waiting I really enjoy working with this company I still have two more visits

I've used this company for years for my apartments. Quick professional and experienced service. Never any complaints from tenants. Affortable pricing.. they do wasp, bugs, bedbugs, raccoons, mice, and more. Their store front also has do it yourself supplies and they to city certified lead testing needed for suitability certification

Every time I've had a problem, whether it was fleas, bedbugs or mice, Enterprise products got rid of the pest. The young lady is always very polite and informative. Works every time. Thanks

Terrible experience. Twice they didn’t show up and when they finally did, after months (and many many calls and e-mails), I have yet to get anyone to call me back to tell me what they supposedly did. The house is tenant occupied and the tenants said they weren’t sure that they did anything, and they continue to bill me for a service that I don’t even know was provided. Each time I get a bill I email back and call and no one will return my calls. If you want to be paid you need to actually provide a service and SPEAK to the homeowner about what you supposedly did. Is this even a real company???

It works Awesome!

Absolutely unprofessional experience. owner stopped answering phone calls after they received their money. Did not even seem to care or bother to confirm if their 10 minutes of attempted squirrel removal "work" had been effective. i have written my payment to them off as a learning experience as it made no tangible impact and only served to allow a problem to drag on into an ordeal.

I Used this company for my business in a 2000 sqft. Kitchen. The reason why it's 2 stars is because The first time they came everything was fine. I signed up for recurring service that was never performed. Contacted the company and results, still no call no show. Not even a can we reschedule. I will be taking my business to a company that wants it. They are to busy to take my money.

This company is so unprofessional and unprepared. I was Scheduled for them to come out and there wasn’t anyone who showed up. I didnt Even receive a call that they weren’t coming. They seem to be too busy to even voice a concern or reschedule. I was to expect a callback, and my call was never returned. First and last time using this service.

Late both times I used there services. Unprofessional attitude towards being late. Also used a watered down pesticide the second time. Worst part was no apology and bearly a discount at that... I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone even in a major pinch. All around garbage service.

Terrible experience. Used this company for years for various treatments. Only NOW found they didn’t do the job and our house was infested ! Didn’t answer our calls and did not honor their guarantee.

This past December I called to scheduled a follow-up appt.I was given an appt date and time,but no one showed up. Before that no one called to remind me of my. I called several times to speak with the owner but with no success. I'll take my money and business elsewhere.

Horrible. .rude...unreliable..not trustworty...do not use them and their products the entire staff is incompetent! #
