This company baits you into a service contract for 12 months, then does a poor job actually servicing. All we wanted was a single service, but were talked into a year because it would be cheaper. We were told it was month to month and when we tried to cancel, we were told we had to pay the lump sum of the remainder of the contract. Our fault for trusting their sales man to have integrity and honesty about the terms because we didn't read the contract to verify. We asked to speak to the manager

The reason for 4 stars is only because a bit pricey. Service was great. Came the same day I called. I had a wasp nest in a very hard to each area. I sprayed but couldn't get rid of them due to their location. The young man who came out knew what he was doing and very knowledgeable. Said it may take up to 10 days for the bees to be gone, however they were gone immediately and have not returned. Cost was over $300 and that was with a $50 coupon they had, so not the cheapest.
