City Best Pest Control

I cannot in good conscience recommend this pest control company. On 06/23/25, I paid $808.92 for what I believed would be a full bed bug service treatment, spraying, thermal, and steam/vapor, all on the first visit. Only the spray was done, when I paid to receive everything during my first treatment and the technician did not complete the first treatment! He lied and stated that I needed to do additional prep work but he was really rushing to get to his next appointment and lied on the customer

Everyone I dealt with in person has been very nice and completed the work in a professional manner. I signed up for a 1 year contract with Quartey visit. Once that year was up they still continued to schedule more appointments and charged my card even after I told one of their administrative staff that my contract was up and I no longer wanted quarterly visits. (Have had this call with them multiple times) All they do is say they will have a manager reach out to me but no one ever reaches out. I

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! They did a horrible job, did not address the problem at all. Someone showed up with a literal bucket of traps that I could have bought myself. They were supposed to find where the mice came from and patch the holes. All they did was shove a steel sponge into a hole. That's it. They made me sign a one year agreement and kept charging my card even after I called/emailed to tell them how dissatisfied I was with the service. They lock you into a contract because they kno
