I called the company on a Wednesday near the end of the business day, and to my surprise the owner picked up right away and was willing to send someone out the next day. We were going to be off work on Monday so we chose to wait until then, and he was happy to work around our schedule. I wish I knew the name of the tech who came out to our home.
