Had an appointment today at 9am and they have not shown up. I had to get 5 kids ready 4 adults two cats and a hamster just for them not to show up. I will not recommend this company to anyone

He responded quickly when we first called. He showed up promptly and was kind when he came out. He was in and out of the house very quickly which caused concern. The bed bugs returned so we called well within the 30 day guarantee and received a response at first. Then I was just ignored for weeks. Emails, texts calls... all ignored. We had to call from a different number just to get in contact. He said he never received the other forms of contact even though I was texting through the same conversation string that we were talking through for the first treatment. He also said that our property “didn’t ring a bell” He then ignored my wife’s calls and we had to pay another company to come out to actually take care of the issue.

The guy was nice but after 28 days I started seeing signs of them again and called he told me he'll call me back and never got a call back so much for the warranty still dealing with the issue the guy was nice that the only reason I put 2 stars other then that it would be 0 I got a quote form another pro Heat treatment they go for $3500 starting for a 2 to 3 bedroom house, thought I was getting a deal even payed cash...smh

still have bed bugs and poor communication, still haven’t heard back to this day about another treatment after one was promised.

Heat treatment is very hard on the house. And a few very expensive things were damaged that weren’t supposed to be (ie sprinkler system and computer and more). And to date the owner has not reimbursed. Treatment over six months ago. Very disappointing.
